    I guess I dont get it. Lots of great fighters have been stopped once they were faded. Do you hold the tarver KO against Roy Jones? Getting stopped in your prime is a different story of course.

    I personally rank JMM higher than the other 2 mainly on his longevity in the sport and still being a P4P fighter for so many years. Imho @ the moment, Marquez has the highest boxing IQ only surpassed by Floyd and MAYBE Hopkins. If it came down to a 3-way torni I would favour JMM and give Morales the 2nd shout...

    Good post:yep I'am an Eric fan but Juan for me deserves the plaudits, ****in great boxer & warrior, it's a **** hair between them but i've got to put JMM/ERIC/MAB...****, i feel such a traitor:lol:

    ever think that maybe his longevity is aided by not having a tougher career early on as barrera and morales did?

    you know when marquez wasn't fighting anyone while morales and barrera were fighting good fighters and champions?


    it's also great that jmm is a p4p fighter while barrera and morales no longer is.

    but barrera and morales were p4p fighters in the mid and late 90's all the way through the mid-2000's.

    jmm wasn't considered one 'til the mid 2000's.

    I think its Morales < Barrera ( who when was shot, beat Marquez I thought ) < Marquez.

    JMM has Pacmans number that in itself gives him #1 spot. Hes the only person alive till this date to give Pacman a run for his money 3 times.

    Morales actually beat a one handed Pacman one time. That should give him the props over MAB.

    And btw they're still fighting. Morales gave Garcia/Maidana all hell. JMM is still whipping Pacman's ass to the point where he makes Pac look like a past his prime fighter.

    Morales hold a clear win over PAC to start with. No one disputes that decision at all unlike Dimamita's wins.
