Dont talk rubbish, he beat him a year ago, the only way Marquez can not have a chance of beating PAC in a fight is if he gets too far past his best, at 35 he is already past peak.

I won't be shocked if Marquez were to beat Void, but I will be shocked if Void's referee and judges will allow Void to lose any fight.

This fight was won on the business end of things. Floyd wouldn't take a fight he would have any trouble with. He needs a tune up, JMM is perfect becuase he is a very good fighter but fighting out of his weight class and he has the name association with Pac.

This is nothing more than selling the Pac fight.

Some interesting issues in this fight. PBf has been off 2 years and looks to have lost some of his muscle. I bet hes slower then in the past and he never was the fastest guy, but had relative good speed.

His defense relies on his relfexes to an extent and as you age those get worse. I think JMM will be able to hit floyd. Hes a very accurate puncher. JMM is also deserving as one of the top fighters so i dotn see this as any kind of a walk over.

I see this being a pretty tight fight that JMM wins some late rounds. Definitely going to be a decision and I think a close one. I give JMM a solid chance.

Don't forget to add Baldomir to that list as well.

His worst outing was the first four rounds of the Judah fight. And Marquez is leagues above Judah in countering abilities as well as putting combinations together.

This is gonna be a brutal beating by Floyd. Marquez at lightweight is so slow, he got rocked by feather fisted Diaz. Floyd would be too much for him who's fighting for frist time above 140.

Weight is a big facto herer.
I don't think Marquez who has slowed down in age in
lightweight can outspeed Floyd who is a natural welter.

By that logic Floyd showed heaps of class by fighting ODH at 154...

He isn't asking JMM to do anything he hasn't done

hmm says... I won't be surprised. Too many ppl are counting him out AUTOMATICALLY. I don't really care who wins, but it would be epic to have PBF's mouth shut.

Do you think Floyd is going to be comfortable fighting at 144lbs and will he be so strong in the later rounds if it goes past say 8 rounds?

Another question I have is, has Floyd ever faced a counter puncher like Marquez who will probably land some shots on Mayweather.

He will obviously have to eat shots to land shots but I think Floyd will realise just how tough and determined Marquez was after the fight.

It is the fighters you underestimate the most who normally come out to shock the world and if Mayweather did lose all of the Mayweather fans would make so many excuses and would never accept that their man lost his precious little zero.

I can hear the excuses already

For the record, Marquez can win. Marquez will be training and he will be able to eat whatever he wants so he will be at full strength. I dont think he will actually make 144 but he will come in under it at maybe even 142 or something like what Pac did to Oscar, came in much lighter.

I would love to see Marquez win but Floyd is a master at handpicking his opposition so he has already figured out that all advantages are in his favour so all he needs to do is show up and execute, but if it goes to the scorecards in a close fight I hope he ****ing loses a decision

after watching pac dispose of hatton so easy and jmm fights with pac being so close i bet pbf is sweating it a bit,and i would not be surprised if he pulls out.
