I hear you but still think Canelo and GBP are being straight up bitches in the way they're carrying on. They're hoping he doesn't take their lowball offer and that's what it is. They've already reneged on a previous agreement to fight post Cotto and then Khan.

This is about damage control. F Oscar, he's now as bad as any of his predecessors.

True that, it's clear GBP don't want the fight, they keep talking a year from now at the earliest.
    You agree with me Kushboy?

I agree, this is the most talked about fight in Boxing, so if they project 1mill to 1.5+ in ppv buys the revenue is going to sky rocket, and that's a whole lot more millions in the bank for both fighters.. it's just his fans hate to hear the "flat fee" stuff because they resented when Floyd did it to pacquaio... Hence why Canelo is getting the Floyd treatment from GGG/PAC fans. Spin the wheel, make the damn deal!

I get what you're saying,Oscars argument is that GGG doesn't sell so by scrapping the flat fee offer and giving GGG a percentage by Oscars logic he's not going to paying out much as the pay per view will be so bad?

Thing is you can't have it both ways, how many times has Oscar said its a huge fight and let it marinate more etc, which is it?its either huge or GGG brings nothing to the table?

Canelo is just listening to his team, you know. He wants the fight, his fans want the fight, but Oscar is the one reluctant here. He deserves all the bashing, instead of Canelo. That's the way I see it.

BTW did I tell you I think Canelo whoops GGG?:cunaooooo:

Every fighter in the sport of boxing has to make concessions if you want to make it to the big time!!! You don't become a star over night, Canelo had to work his way to where he's at, GGG is still trying to figure it out man. 10 mill is a deal of a lifetime!!

Yeah but he needs to do more to let them know that he's the boss not that fishnet wearing nut job trying to milk him for all he's worth. He did it with Trout/Lara and he needs to step up and demand the fight here too.

Interesting. I take it, you'll give the Kazakh plenty of credit if he beats Canelo from pillar to post then? That's what I think is going to happen short of Golovkin getting old overnight.

****, I'd give GGG loads of credit for beating Lara, you know.. if he beat Canelo, I'd take back everything negative I've ever said about him, but he needs to know his place and take the flat fee, or go chase Ward at 175...

Oh I'm certain of that as Canelo has previous for making fights when Oscar didn't want them, actually that's very telling about Oscar as he would of have his man Canelo avoid Trout and Lara and who knows maybe even Mayweather who Canelo only got credit for facing,I also think Canelo v GGG is far more competitive than both sets of fans think either way, they both got Iron chins,it would be brutal I think for both guys?

Toughest fight for both buys in terms of what both fighters bring offensively. Ultimately it will be Canelo's speed, defense and superb counter punching that will prevail imo.

And he'll get plenty of chances to counter for sure,if he starts taking breathers on the ropes like he's wont to do he'll find himself in trouble, that said I think he'll be better at 160 as he wont have the brutal weight cut.
