Pacquaio has gotten bigger since the last time they fought, hence he needs to get bigger

steward mentioned the same thing. either way, he is doomed. he wont be able to compensate for pacs speed and strength at this weight

Thinking they feel he won't be able to handle Pac's power at this higher weight without gaining bulk as well.

I hope it's so they can take the punches better. They should have put all the weight in their legs. He could come in heavier and still be springier and explosive

His punches have to have more meaning and he has to be more durable because Pacquiao's 140 + is fully packed on muscle he didn't have to skimp out on by dehydrating. His legs were probably worked on a lot (saw the squat-jumps I've done in training myself), but they probably won't show as much.

    Just what I was thinking.

It's hard to say how much (if at all) a fighter has bulked up, by just looking at clips of him on 24-7. Best to wait for the weigh-in to get a better idea of what they've done with him. Not only will we know his exact weight, but we can compare pics to previous weigh-ins, too.

But, if they have bulked him up, I think they're making a mistake. His speed and sharpness need to be maintained above all else.

Plus he needs more power to keep Manny from coming in, plus if you notice they said "Pacquiao doesnt like to be attacked", Cut Pac early, then box him.

because he knows Pac is faster anyway and thinks he needs to have more on his shots?
