You mean after Pac? Because Hatton was suffering his second K.O. in his last 4 and wasn't wining the fight before either K.O. The pac loss made him quit the sport and throw most of his life down the drain.

Let's not go overboard. JMM now has 1 convincing victory out of the 4. The rest are only in some peoples minds and all debatable. Great win for him and as much as I would love to see part 5, I absolutely think he should just retire on this high note. How can it get any better for him?

I really hope he retires. There is no more for him to do. Great champion and achieved what he could. No reason for a fifth fight with Pacquiao or to take a fight against another young fighter. Please retire Marquez you will go down in history as probably the best textbook boxer ever

Perfect ending to a great career which is a rarity in this sport. Call it quits Marquez!

To me, this is evidence the mother ****er was juiced to the eyeballs.

He don't want to fight again because he don't want the long term side effects. Not to mention, Pacquaio gave him a ****in concussion.

It's also about his family. I wanna see him retire a very rich man aswel as healthy. The next big one he has will likely give him 10 million. That's perfect retirement money which he deserves

realistically what are JMM's options? it seems Bradley or a 5th Pacquiao fight are the leading candidates

but what about fighting Brandon Rios is Estadio Azteca? There's an idea not too often considered.

and why would Mayweather go for that? Floyd's been looking at Guerrero or Canelo

to fight JMM again would be such a buzz kill and disappointment ... great for JMM though.

I wouldn't have a problem if he retired. With that said I would still like him to rematch PBF before calling it a day.

As much as I always loved and appreciated Marquez, it wouldn't be fair for him to call it a day. Pacquiao accommodated him 4 times and gave him the shot even when Marquez was coming off a loss to Mayweather in that weight category(the third fight). That aside, none of us can forget that he's 39 years old and earned his retirement ticket. Though I would love to see him make some more huge pay-days, this beast of a man has been fighting insane opposition his entire career for cheap money when he's clearly worth far more.

He was always Pacs toughest opponent and Pac always got the points decisions and Pac couldve left him alone after their 2nd fight but NO

Pac fought him again and yet again

if Pac wants a rematch Marquez owes him it really !!
