I got it 116-112 JMM. Diaz finally fights in a phonebooth ****ing dumbass dough boy should have done that sooner. He did exactly what Rocky Juarez has done for his whole career. He came on late. Too little too late.

    What a finish!!

I hope Marquez doesn't fight for too long after this.

    The 12th was extremely close.

Marquez landed a bit harder (not by too much) but Diaz ****ing WENT for it. I gave it to Diaz sentimentally (even though I'm a bigger Marquez fan...you gotta love a spirited underdog).

That makes it 9-3 for Marquez on IB's card.

116-112 118-110 and 117-111 officially on the UD for JMM.

what a finish, probably 116-113 well done to both fighters, Diaz showed some good character in the final 3 rounds but a bit too late, but he can be proud of this perfermance.

I think JMM was looking old in the last quarter, but his skills and conditioning showed to be superior still.

For such a dominant performance Marquez looks bad! I guess thats what a thumb to the eye and a busted nose will do.

Diaz has nothing to be ashamed about in my opinion. He brought his best, but his best against at any stage in JMM career just isn't good enough. I'm not going to make a BIG deal about JMM getting gassed during the championship rounds, but it would be something I'd look to take advantage of if I was Kahn if and when they fight.

Fight was a lot closer than that. 116-112 don't hurt.

Agreed. If he were to have a unification with Soto then call it a career, I wouldn't be too upset. He has nothing left to prove and shouldn't stick around just to be fed to the young lions.
