No, if the NSAC is in charge of the tests they actually have the authority to punish dirty fighters unlike USADA who are hired on to do nothing but test and share their results.

i don't know where it came off that i disagree with this.

 

much of the roid suspicion for JMM arose when he hired memo, catapulted with his sudden change in physique.

pac's suspicion arose from the accusation of a crackhead.

 

When you suggested that USADA gives fighters three tries to get a negative test. Morales' opponent and the promoters were made aware of his dirty test and all decided that they wanted the fight to go on anyway. They asked USADA to continue with the testing, which they were contractually obligated to do, and they did. They didn't "give" anybody anything. They did exactly what they were paid to do.

you could read it that way but my intention was to show that if one of the fighters test positive at anytime with both A and B sample, the fight is off.

 

It's their protocol which is what's being referred to though which apparently calls for CIR testing of every sample.
