memo is able to go into details with his methods, his ped composition and their desired effect.

memo claims to have assisted usada in their testing protocol.

 

And Conte isn't able to go into detail with his methods, doesn't have years of working with PEDs and a client list that includes the greatest home run hitter of all time, and doesn't assist VADA with their even better testing protocol? Better than Conte how exactly, and how can anyone say with any certainty whatsoever that this guy is the top expert in a business that's almost completely underground? For all you know, there could be 1,000 guys who know far more about PEDs than either of these two.
