How can Pacquiao be the challenger and marquez the champion when Pac doesn't even have the intention to fight at his weight? Besides, Pac already beat him twice if it wasn't for one of the judge's scoring error in the first fight, Pac would have one a split decision win. The second was close but Marquez really wants to know how the canvas feels like.
