He crushes Santa Cruz and Casamayor in a rematch, UD Diaz but I'm not quite sure what happens against Campbell.

It's what he needs to do.. Take care of things at 135 and Pacquiao will come to you after Hatton..

This is the fight I thought would be made after the Nate vs Joan and the JMM vs CASA fights were said and done. Unfortunately for Nate I feel he's going to get KO'd as well. But I do see a more competitive fight and brawl down the stretch were JMM's more polished and superior technique grabs him a KO win. but unlike the Casa vs JMM fight it will be back and forth until JMM's class shines through and takes over.

Manny said he would have two more fights after de la hoya before retiring next year so the the 3rd JMM fight is possible. I doubt however if he could go back to 135 lbs as he now walks at 155 lbs or more, in which case, JMM would need to move one division up again. The added weight seemed to have increased JMM's power though he look a bit slower as Casa hit him several times with left straights, a dangerous sign vs Pac.

No otherway for JMM to go . . . but fight Diaz or Campbell who are both available. Campbell already hinted he wants the fight.

Other fights other than Campbell or Diaz at the moment are meaningless fights.

Like what I've said on the other thread . . . the door is wide open for Marquez . . . he should have learned from the previous wrong decissions he and his team made.

Campbell or Juan Diaz would be the best option. However I think Campbell has a mandatory due against Ali Funeka (The guy who KTFO of Raheem) so he'll likely end up fighting his stablemate Diaz. The fact that they both have the same promoter should make the deal a lot easier. I'd love to see either fight, both would be great and hghly competitive.

Campbell and his co promoter (who was posting here a while ago) said the Funeka fight is no hindrance because they can make the arrangement for the fight to be set aside if JMM is interested to fight him.

But you are right . . . a Diaz fight would also be as competitive.

Daiz or campbell, one of those 2 would be very good and HBO would jump at it.
