Well.....Manny is saying what he is supposed to say I think. The only thing wrong with that picture IMO is that Pacquiao never said he thought he won the fight in response to Marquez making the claim that HE won. Pacquiao actually says he felt he was "lucky" to win. But that may very well be the english barrier.

I don't think Manny wants to stick around in that weight any longer. He wants to fight Diaz but damn, a trilogy would be great! I love both these guys and would watch a fourth and fifth fight as well.

Pac should step right back in with JMM. It's the only fight the people want to see.

And I would destroy the girls in both your avatars.

Nice vid. I say they rematch once more then after that, regardless of the result, they move on.

JMM crew to PAC: "anytime you want to go to Mexico you're always welcome!"

I'd steer clear of Mexico if I were Manny. It would be like deflowering a sixteen year old and going downstairs to dine with her father. Not sure he'd be welcomed by all.

I'd have to agree. I've been told by Mexicans themselves that there is a lot of racism against Asians in Mexico so Pacman would probably be better off not going down there.

Man racism is everywhere. But us Mexicans can get pretty crazy and ignore laws. HA. Come on man its not like he is gonna be walking into a bar by himself. He would be going to private clubs with top notch security.

I dont understand why the instant rematch is not happening.
    Facts:
David Diaz is nothing for a name. Not very many people know about him. PAc wont be making 5 mil against Diaz.
What if the unexpected happens and Diaz does beat PAc. Beware the Ides of 2008!!. Year of upsets! The rematch would not sell as good.
Everyone is talking about this fight and a rematch would sell so damn fast. I would have to be at thise fight. I dont care if i get behind on my tuition payments. I will be there!!
Im sure there is more people that feel like me about the rematch.

A 3rd fight would be great. I thought Pac edged the first after by 2 points and JMM won the 2nd by 1. It would be another great fight.

As a fan of JMM - I have to say that I would have expected a bit more class from Marquez. Obviously, he has a lot of pride, but should at least acknowledge that in the sport of boxing, when you put the fight in the hands of the judges, the fight can go either way depending on what style they prefer, and also he could have acknowledge that it was a close fight. From just going by what he said and in the way he said it, I would have thought he dominated him (Pac) clearly, if I had never watched the fight.

By the way, I don't think a rematch points out anything different than what their first two fights already proved; JMM is the finer boxer, while Pac is the bigger puncher who can hurt JMM more than JMM can hurt him.

    excellent point bachatu..

but like i said in the "invasion" thread, pacquiao should just go ahead and face david diaz.. yes, a third rematch would be great and sell fast, but pacquiao is looking towards better things, while JMM, IMO, is trying to grovel for a rematch.. Pacman wanted a rematch after the first fight but Marquez wouldnt give it to him.. Marquez doesnt have anything to offer right now.. He should just fight Guzman or Valero, and then see if Pacman is interested in another rematch after he fights diaz..
