Guys like yourself keep saying that JMM made Pac wait 4 years.

I think even you Pac fans know thats nonsense.

This JMM declined a rematch debate has been debated to nauseum.
Marquez was unwilling to get paid about the same as he did to fight Pac in their first fight and let Arum reap the fruits of the effort and great fight that he and Pac put up.

After JMM declined to fight for the same amount of money and let Arum line his pockets by himself, Pac got so busy fighting a trilogy with Erik Morales, and in between made no effort to want to fight JMM.
In fact, what Freddie Roach said way back then was absolutely correct.
....Roach said that in his opinion, JMM was a better fighter than either Morales or MAB, and that Marquez turn would come when Pac was finished with them.

Even after JMM and MAB fought an eliminator for the right to fight Pac.
Pac still chose to fight the loser of that fight, when JMM clearly was calling his name and challenging him way back then.

So although, JMM initially declined to fight Manny Pacquiao because he did'nt feel Arum was being fair and was hiding the possible ammount that rematch would generate.....it was Pac on Freddie Roach's advice who made Pac wait till the 15th of last month to finally get the fight made.

It looks like now, that the Pac team will play the same game once again!

Read it, and let it all soak in, because thats the God honest truth!

    divac,

    I really pity you...

Ok lets go back to basics.. the according to you list

according to you pac is scared
according to you jmm never lost
according to you jmm is even more technically skilled than B-HOP
according to you jmm schooled pac
according to you jmm won both fights
according to you jmm is even better than morales and mab
    according to you.....

man o man the according to you list is fantasticly long!

but if it will mean that it will prevent you from being ICB so be it!
Remember what I said earlier about the INSANE CRY BABY? At this stage you are still at OBSSESED CRY BABY!!!!

You are free to write what you like ____CRY BABY!!!!

But if you want a DOSE OF REALITY

    Here's the list

1)First FIGHT PAC VS JMM! The judge admitted the mistake thereby causing the fight to be D instead of W for PAC. If you cant' accept that NO NEED to GO to the list coz if you can't admit that JMM was lucky due to the mistake we can't go on the list

COZ YOU ARE STILL IN THE DENIAL STAGE!!!

Now you keep going on writing that until it feels just right that you start to actually believe it!:hey :yep

Goodness Silvermags....go back and looks at your own posts in which you mention that name divac......talk about being repetitive!:patsch

"Divac think JMM never lose fight."
"Divac think every JMM loss is robbery."
    "Divac this, Divac that"

The same thing over and over again.

Talk about being repetitive and obsessed, you my friend have got to take the cake!:-(

Silvermags my ESB friend, lets stop with this repetition nonsense and start to post opinions that intelligently contribute to the threads.

The past is over and done with and we both have our opinions on what transpired between JMM and Pac.

....if there is something new on the matter which we have'nt discuss, by all means I'm only glad to discuss and debate with you on JMM and Pac or any boxing matter......

.....but this getting hounded by you with your posts that "divac think blah blah blah, is getting old, and quite frankly I have'nt responded to them to this point seeing no need too.
.....but aside from that, I have'nt seen anybody else respond to them either.

With nobody really responding to them, lets move on from them and start contributing to the boxing education of this forum.

    Lets move on my friend!:thumbsup

Funny. This Divac guy said that Pacquiao was SCARED of a rematch, yeah right before Pacquiao fought and beat JMM. LOL. Anything this clown has to say can;t be taken to seriously.

BTW- All that video showed was JMM being a dick.

Why dont you bring up any of those threads where something of the like was menitioned, and lets all see the context in which it was mentioned?????

.....I'll even save you the trouble if you're too lazy to find any of those threads....
.....back then, Pac had just fought the loser of the fight between MAB and JMM, and was ready to go ahead and sign and move up to fight Diaz with the boxing public clamoring for a rematch with JMM.

....if you want to know my exact words, I said that if Pac fought Diaz instead of JMM, there would be no other choice but to point to Pac ducking JMM!

I made my point clear stating that the moment Pac signed to fight David Diaz, he'd be ducking JMM.

.....as we all know, JMM went on a verbal crusade lowering his purse demands where Pac would double his purse over JMM, and he even dared Manny Pacquiao to go ahead and draw up the contracts to fight at 135 lbs, as the Pac team was coming up with all kinds of excuses for the fight even back then, not to be made.

Make no mistake, it was JMM who was solely responsible to embarrass Pac and his team into signing to fight them and not David Diaz.
Even Pacland was critiqueing Pac when JMM lowered his demands to get the fight made, and Pac was still thinking about it.

When JMM publicly stated lets get the fight made at 135 lbs since you cant make 130 lbs.....that was the last slap in the face that Pac and his team needed to really feel the embarrassment to sign and fight David Diaz.

.....as we all know, after all their bogus excuses about Pac not being able to make 130 lbs.....it was the Pac team who insisted the fight be signed at 130 lbs!
Talk about bogasity and setting up excuses to back out of a fight, and then turning right around and saying, lets go ahead and make the fight at 130 lbs anyways!:rofl :rofl :rofl

To Pac credit, he was man enough to feel the shame, and was somewhat cornered into taking the JMM rematch when Marquez relented to his every demand!

My guess is that after what Manny Pac just went through on the 15th, its going to take alot more for Pac to feel the shame.
....like maybe JMM stating I'll fight Pac for free!

Page 9. There's no if about anything you said Pacquiao was ducking JMM. Guess what? You was dead wrong as Pacquiao fought him you clown. JMM don't run Pac's career. he already held up future plans once, he's not obligated to do it again. Is Pac obligated to fight JMM until JMM actually wins? He's already had 2 shots.

Ask yourself how can you move on if you NEVER ADMITTED JMM never lost? You even claim JMM won over PAC 2X?

It's already in the BOX REC and all the official data base that exist.

If you start RESPECTING the judges and start FACING REALITY that the record is:

    pac 1-1-0
    jmm 0-1-1

Then, NO PROBLEM MOVING ON buddy! :good

If you admitted from the start that PAC won.. we would not have any conversation of this kind.

You could have said something like... yes, PAC won! but is was damn the closest fight i ever seen in my life it could have gone either way...I/most of pac fans must have accepted that!

I myself FULLY agree that the fight is sooo close that I want a third fight!

    Yes, WE CAN MOVE ON!

Either you accept and recognize reality that the record between pac vs JMM is as mentioned above or you want status que.

You are a decent man I know we can move on :good

    Only one problem my friend.....
....clearly in my view JMM won 9 rounds in each fight.

Three knockdowns in the first round of their first fight put JMM in a whole, and although I thought he won, I'm cognizant of the fact that judges rarely string together so many rounds in a row to give a fighter.
JMM indeed dug himself a monumental whole, and so I can accept that the fight was ruled a draw.
I did'nt agree with it, but I can accept it.

No such thing however in their rematch.
In my view it was competitive, but not close.
Nothing will ever change my mind on that.

When a fighter clearly takes 8 or 9 rounds of a fight even while suffering a knockdown, thats a win, no if's and's or but's!

We're going to have to agree to disagree, and thats that.
I'll continue to voice my disagreements with those decisions in threads that call for it.
If you cant accept that, there's nothing more I can tell you.

Yes, I understand that we have to agree to disagree..
Now, we can move on if you start RESPECTING and AGREEING on the
    FACTS/RESULTS:

    PAC vs JMM 1-1-0
    JMM vs PAC 0-1-1

    In your books
    record is

    PAC vs JMM is 0-0-2
    JMM vs PAC is 2-0-0

Now, I guess it would be more REALISTIC for you to HONOR AND RESPECT what's on the record than me agreeing on your personal books!

If you keep on voicing out that JMM is robbed and not accepting, honoring what the judges saw how do you expect us to move on?!

I mean how can I expect you move on?..

PAC fans our now looking forward for pac to fight other fighters...while you are still whinening or crying about pac being robbed?!

JMM life seems to evolve around pac only coz he does not want to fight anybody except pac..while pac in the meantime has a long list
of boxers wanting to fight him.. to bad JMM is just one of them!

Come to think of it! IT looks and sounds pathetic if a boxer will not fight anybody except a certain boxer.

Time to move on my friend. This is boxing.. sometime you lose sometime you win.

Well it's true what Merchant said, Marquez seems to come up just a bit short in the biggest fights of his life.

His career's watermarks so far are a draw and a loss to Pacquiao.
