You can't be serious? Marquez and Pacquiao are naturally in the same weightclass. Any arguments about weight is simple put is "mute".

Pacquiao never refused to fight Marquez, Marquez has through-out his career made dumbfounding mistakes at the behest of Nacho Bernstein. He twice rejected offers to fight Pacquiao for their rematch so can't blame Pacquiao. Then he rejected offers to fight Morales before taking a mandatory fight for a fraction of that purse and then did it again as went on to lose to Chris John for a measly $30K. Marquez's career went into the tank because of Marquez and not because another fighter refused to fight him.

So basically you are saying you will only respect Pac if he drains himself to 135? I'm sure Pac can make 135, but will nowhere be as effective at fight night.

Let me explain to you why 144 is a good weight limit for both.

Both fighters are roughly the same size height and weight. At 144, neither fighter will need to cut any weight to make the limit on day of weigh-in. Both will eat right and stay hydrated the whole time and will show up at the same weights they last fought in.

Now explain to me how fighting at 135 is better.

Let me explain something to you, Fight night weights do not mean ****, what matters is what you scale in at.
You know this fight is bull****, stop trying to sell it, what is the point for this fight happening seriously what does it do for boxing?

Do you discredit Mayweather for beating Hatton at WW? Hatton only jumped one weight class while JMM is jumping two.

You claim to be a trainer, some boxing expert, and then say fight night weights don't mean ****? Get this Cus, both fight night and weigh in weights mean something. For ****'s sake, boxing is divided to WEIGHT classes...how can you say fight night weights don't mean ****? Just ignorant to suggest. :-(

Hatton was legit, Hatton was an undefeated former WW champion. I discredit Floyd for his win over JMM. He made him jump 2 weight classes, and then didn't even make the agreed catchweight.

They dont mean ****, what matters is what you scale in at, everybody knows that.
Again regarding weights I am the wrong cat to try and convince, in the amateurs there is a wide gap for weight classes, example welter is from 151-160
Meaning you may have a guy who weighs in 9 pounds heavier than you do.. then he rehydrates...
You see what I am saying here, if the amateurs have no problem with fight night weights why the **** should we worry about the pros who have been doing this for years.

I see some haters like caneman claim Manny beating Hatton at 140 is better than floyd beating Hatton at 147 because Hatton didn't look as effective at WW. Then, in this thread he posts Pac fighting JMM at 144 is the same as if the fight were taking place at 135.:patsch

These *******s can't keep their stories straight.
