Marquez is better than Pacquiao and Barrera. I came to this conlusion about 3-4 years ago. He beat them both in my opinion.

He's a better all round techincal fighter than them both, and I'm hoping Marquez gets a shot at Pacfraud.

However, only one thing concerns me about the master of the ring, Marquez. He can be dropped and hurt. Lets hope he gives Pacfraud a lesson again, and Marquez beats him more convincingly than the the terrible draw when they first fought.

I hope this fight happens next...I mean who else is there??? If Pac wants to prove that he is the best he's gotta stand and fight Marquez again...otherwise everyone is gonna ***** and say that hes ducking him...

If Marquez can still keep up with Pacquiao he is going to kick his ass. Barrera was able to land big rights on Pacquiao on several occasions, JMM will be doing that in every round and land his left hook.

This fight better happen in early 2008, it has to happen.

Marquez has become more flat-footed over the last year. However, he's even better than Barrera. His style matches up better against Pacman. I would like to see Marquez get revenge. He deserves it.

Marquez gave Pacman a lesson after getting floored three times in the first round, then losing the 2nd round as well. He came back and owned Pacman for 10 rounds, excluding one round.

Pac cant kill something that aint there to be killed. Barrera was moving the whole fight..Manny could not get into a groove. He still won..Marquez is a different guy. We all know that Marquez has what it takes to beat Manny but that is a true 50/50 fight if I could ever see one. Not betting material. I would have to take serious thought into analyzing that fight.

one more thing that concerns me is IF marquez has more power than barrera coz if he doesnt...just by looking at how BIG pac has become at 130 i dont think you need much thinking if you have pacs natural talents to beat a guy like JMM (thats only my opinion though)...i think PAC should just bull rush marquez coz if pac decides to THINK i really think hes gonna lose against JMM(lots of thinking lol)

Anyone that say Marquez most definitely beats Pac is a ******.. Marquez is more stationary and looks for a fight more now and no longer is that slick boxer. He is a damned good counter puncher but Barrera could not counter **** and Once Manny realized Barrera could not counter him b/c of his quickness he got a little lazy. MANNY IS A MUCH IMPROVED DEFENSIVE FIGHTER. He gets out of the way quick and damned for sure keeps his left hand up now..to block right hands..his body is open as Barrera was able to left hook him around his elbows...Marquez does not throw that punch..Marquez is a beast up the middle with hard uppercut counters and that left hook that is short and tight...this is a good fight with no clear winner.

Are you kidding, if Pacquiao bull rushes JMM he is going to eat a lot of leather. JMM is a master counter-puncher, that is his style and his baby, and nothing would be better for him than Pac mindlessly moving forward. Roach will try to come up with a strategy to fight Marquez where Pacquiao paces himself and tries to take JMM to a brawl, and it will be hard to outsmart Marquez and Baristain. Whether or not it works remains to be seen. :good

Marquez needs to worry about Juarez. Would be a shame if he got caught looking ahead.

yes im perfectly aware of that..but the thing that concerns me is if those counters would be enough to hurt him coz if he could just shake them off then he would just get near enough to land his bombs in flurries...remember JMM's chin isnt as good as those of barrera's and surely morales'
