Pacquiao is used to fight bigger opponents but he's not used to fight smaller opponents. Pacquiao will win the third fight though.

Not that Im an expert or anything, but one would think JMM is going about adding muscle the wrong way.

His upper body is looking tankish while his legs are looking comically small in comparison. All that extra muscle up top, I dont think will be effective. He should have bulked up his legs more and his arms less..... imo

But, they are the pros.... Im sure a camp full of vets would know more then me.

are you kidding me he didn't carry that weight good for the mayweather fight, he had love handles and a little belly and I believe he knows that and that is why he hired those doctors so that he can put the weight right

For those saying he's a little top heavy, you never know, maybe he activates those muscles much more when he's fighting. It's HIS body after all.

Marquez is smarter than those guys you mentioned and more skilled. He will win on points or get robbed. :thumbsup

Quite right you are. I've just gone back and dug out some old articles and photo's, and they all show Marquez to be a little soft. I don't know why I thought different.

    Sorry chief.

JMM will be sent to sit on the canvas again in the third match against Pacman. Mark my words.

Marquez is getting hit more nowadays and he is not proven above 135 while pac is, Pacquiao really should be able to either win by stoppage or a clear decision, I will have great respect for marquez if he can make it close again.

Maybe you can post a few of those photos.
I dont think he looks much different than during his Mayweather training camp.

With Mayweather, Marquez looked really good in some photos, and not so great in others.
In alot of instances, the angle of the picture shows you in better light.

I'd have to see Marquez today from different angle shots to determine if he's carrying around leaner mass.

If you bulk your legs up too much in a short time frame, it may inhibit his ability to manuever effectively.

Marquez' legs look fine to me. His legs have never been a problem to begin with.
His ability to recover almost instantaneously from getting dropped by big shots are proof his legs are good.

The only concern to me would be for Marquez not to bulk up so much in his upper body, as he may have a hard time getting off swiftly and effectively in counter mode.
