I was never a fan of JMM but now I totally dislike the guy for his recent morronic comments. First it was "Pacman avoided me for 4 years" now its "EM did not want to fight me." I never knew but this guy has no ****ing class.

I dont agree with that. I think Morales pressure, balls, and size would be too much for Marquez if they fought prime for prime. I think Marquez could outbox Barrera, but the old pressure-styled Barrera could maybe have overwhelmed Marquez. Marquez resume is also **** compared to Barrera or Morales.

 

OK Kirk, I've always known you to be reasonable around here, even in instances where it hurt to do so.....

Are you miffed at JMM because he said that he always wanted to PROVE that he was better than MAB and Morales?

Here is a fighter in JMM who has kept quiet and did his talking in the ring all his life......the posters in this forum have pointed to him being boring in and out of the ring.....
He has always asked for, but never demanded with an obcenity filled tirade that someone fight him.
This guy has been all class thoughout his career, and you're miffed because on the hype to the biggest fight and the biggest stage of his career, he is being asked to sell the fight, and he proclaims that he's always wanted to prove that he was better than MAB and Morales.

.....what on this age of overhyping and overexaggeration is wrong with what he said?

.....and to boot Kirk, if you have any tapes of Morales or MAB fights, its no secret that in the past when these guys fought on HBO and were asked after a fight who they would want to fight next, JMM was never uttered by either MAB or Erik Morales.

JMM speaks the truth, but he's not pounding his chest ala what Roy Jones or any other of the pansy fighters that are not half the fighter JMM is, and who scream everytime their is a microphone in their face that they are Superman and everybody else is running from them.

We already know he is because if you seen the fight which i dont think you have you would know that JMM beat him clearly. Now, JMM can still fix that blemish but be paitient, JMM first needs to beat Pacman again before he beats John again.:yep
