    This.

Also why I don't want him going straight for JMM again.
I want Pac inside the ring with Bradley first for three things:

    1. Get his belt back (should be JMM's now but whatever)
    2. See if he's still "the same" after the devastating KO
    3. Make a 5th fight against JMM FOR SOMETHING (i.e. a fifth division belt for JMM)

Or they can just both retire.
JMM can retire for all intents and purposes.

But Pac, I think the man has one last good fight in him.
Call me selfish for wanting to see Pac in the ring again, but everytime I see Pac get interviewed in local TV, YOU JUST CAN SENSE that there's fire in that heart that wants to redeem himself from that tragic loss.

makes sense. Pacquiao had him in the 4th fight. He was waiting to land that Right all night. It worked, but aside from that he had nothing against PAC.

well bottomline is I am glad JMM will not fight Manny again. Now thier whole records without each other will be studied, and Manny has fought and beaten many greats and JMM's record lacks in comparison. No one ever thought Barkley was better than Hearns.

What a surprise you come in with your Barkley-Hearns bull**** comparisons again. Marquez is not some contender who caught lightning in a bottle, he's a man who proved Manny's match (and then his superior) over 4 fights, along with the rest of his resume.

Beating Barrera (who was still a top-level fighter given his improved performance in the Pacquiao rematch), beating a prime Orlando Salido, who until a few weeks ago was reigning featherweight champion, being the first man to knock out Casamayor in his first lightweight fight; giving up size, youth, and speed against a prime Juan Diaz in a FOTY; giving up size, youth, and power in another FOTY with Katsidis at a technical high-point of his career and an upswing in focus following the loss of his brother; All after consistently fighting top-10 opponents in his division for years, which include a questionable loss against still-undefeated Chris John, a victory over a prime Rocky Juarez, Derrik Gainer, etc.. His legacy is already beefy enough.

I see you have a tendency to pick one fighter out of an era to appreciate and repeat the same stupid biased arguments against their contemporaries. It's gotten old. Don't bother replying by trying to **** on Marquez's accomplishments, which in the grand scheme of things are not other-worldly but certainly above someone like Barkley's, because it's just as easy to **** on many of Manny's faded or catchweight-subjected opponents.

Yeah nevermind those body shots he was landing all night.

Oh wait, I forgot that body shots don't count in pacland.

It's not as easy. Take all of Pac's catchweight/faded opponents above 135, and Pac excluded, not one of JMM's wins beats any of these guys h2h. And there's no p4p top 20 fighter among those JMM wins, Pac excluded again. That said, the Barkley comparison is about as far off as those claiming his resume beats Pac's.

Different divisions homie. JMM is better than Miguel Cotto, Antonio Margarito, Shane Mosley, Ricky Hatton, Joshua Cottey etc...

Pacquiao can beat lesser skilled fighters than JMM, but a fighter as skilled as JMM, Pacquiao can't beat. That's the bottom line. So Pacquiao is not a better fighter. Lets just say that Pacquiao was more marketable and coupled with his "natural" talent, he was given preferential treatment.

As far as real P4P, and skills between Floyd, JMM, and Pac...

JMM may be better than Pac h2h, but he's way behind resume wise, which is how ATG rankings are made. Remember Junior Jones was much better than Barrera h2h, and Norton Ali's equal.

Marquez was getting beaten, almost knocked out, but his strength trainer was the best steroid expert in the world. I doubt if Marquez will rematch Pac if there are doping tests that are the best. Remember, the media said that Marquez' trainer knows how to cheat on steroid tests and avoided prison by tell on his friends..............

Does Pacquiao even want the fight? I think by now, he realizes that he just can't beat Marquez. People are acting as if he was dominating IV. He wasn't. He was landing good shots, but was eatingshots, too. He almost got ktfo 10 seconds after dropping JMM!

How many times are you going to say the same thing?

The entire forum has seen OnePunchKO's rantings about it over the last few weeks, and the vast majority seem to have come to the conclusion that he's not on PEDs. You're welcome to your opinion, but you don't have to keep repeating it over and over.. make a fresh contribution. ;)

Juan isn't the one hiding from doping tests. That would be your hero.

    Try again, Naptard :hi:

    Good man Juan.

You owe him **** all. Would Pacquiao be calling for a 5th fight if he had done that to Juan.

The story is over. Marquez proved who the better man was.

It's like that annoying kid at school that finally beats you at a game and then says "I'm ending on a win, no rematches"
