No way. Tim Bradley only had success once Manny thought he was far enough ahead that the decision wasn't even in question. And it shouldn't have been. This fight showed that Pacquiao is a far better fighter than Timmy will ever be.

Mannys religious awakening has really helped him mentally. I remmeber he was in tears when he lost to morales. now he dealin wid **** like a mayann. maybe its more to do with being mature and actually understanding it is a very ckntraversial decision

If he could knock Tim out he would have done it. I think Tim is too good of a boxer to get knocked out by Pacquiao and his chin isn't so bad that one punch is going to take him out so Pacquiao would have to land 5-6 of his straight lefts. I don't see him landing more than one at a time.

I was shocked by the result but thats the way it goes.

Good to see the good guys like Bradley, Pac and Marquez on tv, with douchebag May in jail. Imagine how that insecure little ho takes a loss.

Lol you get whats coming to you,2 undeserved wins,1 undeserved loss.No props for taking it like a man,He HAS TO take it like a man because thats what he deserves.I thought Pacquiao was going to win HANDS DOWN but bradley was a whole different fighter,no wild swinging punches, used marquez tactics and really improved faster hands.I am also really happy for him because he is the most humble boxer down to earth and has Self confidence without the floyd cockiness.

boxing pac wasn't a problem before.

everyone tried to box pac before too...... only jmm and el terrible had success.

because pac would just keep coming.

it doesn't matter if you outbox him in the initial exchange if he keeps coming and tags you more and with harder shots.

now either with age OR game plan , manny has been trying to box more.

good against the bigger , slower guys. you don't want to go toe to toe with 170 lb. welterweights early (you can late when they're tired and beat up)

when an opponent tries to box , manny shouldn't box with them.

manny should put the pressure on them. with combos and aggressiveness. that's his style. that's who he is. that's what got him here.

now i don't know if it's because they have to do it this way because he's old now.....but if he can still do it , that's how he should fight.

bigger , slower guys comes after you , box him.

a skilled guy try to box you , put the pressure on and make it a brawl.

when you have the power advantage and chin advantage , boxing technically makes no sense for pac.

You may be right, but I'm honestly not sure if Pac simply tried to coast in the end (which is something I haven't really seen Pac do, the closest is the Marg fight where he just felt sorry for Margarito) or if it's because his legs just aren't equipped to chase fighters anymore.

In any case, no fighter is perfect and I really do believe that something in Pac's style just prevents him from being good at cutting of the ring and it's something that can be exploited by fighters that fight moving away from his straight left. He may have gotten around it before when we has still young, and had more spring in his step but at 33 with 60 professional fights under his belt, he'll probably have more trouble with those kind of fighters now.

Yeah that kind of boxing math doesn't add up.

Your assuming that Manny would fight the same way if Bradley fought like that from the first bell in the rematch.

Tim fighting like that from the first bell produces a vastly different scenario to tim fighting like that in the later rounds when Manny has clearly dominated the earlier rounds and has no sense of urgency. If he wasn't winning so easily you can guarantee a greater sense of urgency. Tim wasn't THAT effective on the outside and to a degree Manny was coasting. The big shots were still landed by Manny. Tim is no JMM and i doubt he'll pull it off at all.

Why should he be stressed or change his approach. Everyone who watched that fight, minus the haters and pseudo-boxing fans, saw a dominant win for Pacquiao. He can come in and do exactly what he did tonight for the rematch and win decisively, again.

Pac will have to chase the fight in a rematch and close the distance. Which could necome an issue. He can win it but needs to show more desire then he is in these interviews

    Pac and JMM?

    Of course they are.
You should see how they were during the promotion of their previous fight, both on and off camera.

Probably difficult to understand in your culture, but other than some promotional stints, they never really bad mouthed nor disrespected each other.
They are true gentlemen in the ring as well.
They let their punches do the talking,

It's the judges they both hate.
