It all seems so clear to me now.

Look at the guys career. The only reason why he is considered so great is because of Pacquiao, and bare in mind he had 4 opportunities to make it happen.

Look at his career for the past 7 years,

    • of course the KO win vs Pacquiao
    • a few decent wins over B level fighters Diaz, Katsidis and Juarez
    • a loss to a B level fighter Chris John
    • good win over Cassamoyor
    • losing to Mayweather (without the good performances against Pac this fight would never even happened)
    • loss to Bradley
Aside from that one KO shot he clocked Pacquaio with, Marquez really isn't that special, just saying. :smoke Bradley's resume is better.

Muhammad Ali, too, is overated. Look:

    • MAD LIST OF LIES AGAINST SOMEONE WHO INEXPLICABLY ANNOYED ME
      ROBBED DOUG JONES
      BEAT AN ALCOHOLIC QUITTER TWICE
BEAT A PAST PRIME JOE FRAZIER
BEAT GEORGE FOREMAN IN A FIX
      ROBBED JIMMY YOUNG
      ROBBED KEN NORTON
      LOST TO KEN NORTON
THRASHED BY HOLMES AND EVEN BERBICK

It is true that Pacquiao will probably define Marquez's career in the long-term, but that does not mean he's not "special." Joe Frazier's fights with Muhammad Ali (and, to a lesser extent, George Foreman) are recalled more acutely than any other opponent he fought in his career, but that does not mean he wasn't a special fighter. Quite the contrary.

Yea he's so bad he made bradley run away jabbing to a victory.

Takes two to make a fight bradley did what he had to do but imo he stunk the joint out just backed up all night jabbing and that was about all he did.

I'm not in a rush to watch another bradley fight.

It is, in the sense that you're talking **** and so am I.

For example, most people would agree that Marquez being forty years old for the Bradley fight is an acceptable mitigating factor, but you don't.

Most people would mention that the John decision is a questionable one, but you don't.

People attempting to make a legitimate appraisal of a fighter's legacy would tend towards listing the number of top ten ranked contenders a fighter had beaten rather than attempt to name some of those better contenders as "B level fighters".

In short, most of what you say IS true in the literal sense of the word but like an politician you've massaged the wording and the selection of information to suit your purposes.

It's boring, a waste of time and frankly, B-level trolling.

Ok, you got me with the John decision, lets just say it was close either way. What else?

I don't post enough to troll I apologize if I'm coming across like that, why the **** would I want to, I've got a life.

did age really caught up with jmm or tim was just too slippery for him. tim's energy never waned hence jmm could not cut the ring enough to corner him. just a thought because jmm is like bernard hopkins who is always well conditioned.
