It's all good if JMM can do a pacquiao on Floyd... but I just don't see it happening...

I really hope Marquez gives Floyd hell.

Still, I stand by opinion that this fight is lose lose for Floyd, I just don't see any outcome that would be beneficial for Floyd.

This fight appears to be simply a set-up or Void. I hope it will be good fight, but Marquez is too small to be much competition. Void refuses to fight Cotto, Margarito, Pac, Mosley.

    Farm shut the **** up.

Cotto, Margarito, Pac, and Shane all have done their share of ducking, but you don;t want to ever talk about that do you? I believe Floyd ****ed your mother or something

Anyone from Montreal heard if the Bute-Andrade fight is on the undercard of this event?

No it's not. If Floyd goes in and blows JMM out. Then what are people going to say about Floyd/Pac, being that Pac BARELY squeaked past JMM. Floyd is far behind Pac right now in negotiating power, but if he desteroys JMM then he gains a little.

I hope so! I'm actually one that is "underestimating" JMM at this point. I just have been a bit surprised at his most recent victories being as compeitive as they were. Also not ever figting above 135 or 140 is a big question mark for me. But I honestly hope he does well or even beats Floyd. I just don't see it happening.

Thats why this fight dont make sense,

PBF wins = Marquez was too small

Marquez wins = PBF was rusty

whoever wins will not get the deserve credit

If JMM wins he will definitley get full credit. Floyd never gets the credit he deserves. If he wins it will be a good one but IMHO I feel Floyd should definitley beat this version of JMM.

Marquez has nothing to lose in this one, he goes in fully relaxed knowing that all pressure is on Mayweather. If Mayweather looks bad then he will take hell for it even if he looks bad winning, Marquez can go in relaxed and fight the way he usually does knowing that if he loses he can still go down and continue fighting guys there and if he wins Pacquiao is next.

It's not like Marquez is making over $10 million to go in 100% for the money, Marquez is going in with a plan to win. He didn't beat Casamayor and Diaz recently to job in his next fight for $3million.

I assure you Marquez will get all the credit in the world if he wins, rusty or not. He's going in completely overlooked in this one just like Pac was for DLH. With all the hate for Mayweather, Marquez will get A LOT of credit because people want Mayweather to lose and if he does against someone moving up from lightweight then it will be HUGE what Marquez will get in terms of credit and attention.

If Marquez wins...it will be a tough argument to say whether he or Pac are the greatest fighter in the world.

It will certainly be one of the most amazing rivalries in boxing history. Two guys, arguably natural FEATHERWEIGHTS, climbing up in weight and destroying almost every worthwhile opponent in the way, while seemingly matched only by each other!

JMM will be game early until PBF does like he always does figure him out and start to break his ass down. PBF by wide UD or late round TKO:deal

I don't see it happening. Marquez was losing against Diaz and was in trouble in the fight. The only thing he has going is that mayweather comes in rusty. Other than that, he is doomed.

thats the same thing ive been wondering (see thread http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=153460)

i would love to think that marquez is gonna come in and give floyd hell, but he had a hell of a time with diaz. im definitely not knocking diaz cause he's extremely talented and he's one of my favorites, but he's definitely no where near pbf's level.
