Actually he had a specific problem with blood being drawn anywhere closer than 24 days out for a fight, not only mere hours beforehand. That's why he and Top Rank never moved one inch in negotiations, save their "concession" from 30 days to 24 days when Pacquiao was shown giving blood from within that window for the Hatton fight. That's likewise why Mayweather's compromise offer of 14 days was rejected and mediation was unilaterally ended by Bob & Co.

 

JMM isn't ducking.

JMM wants about $25 Million for the 5th fight, but Pac & Arum dont want to pay him that much.

JMM deserves the lions' share cause he brings lots of PPV numbers and was the KO winner last time.

Until Arum agrees to pay JMM the $25 Million, there will be no fight.

JMM would be stupid if he accepts the $5 million insulting deal that Arum offered him for the 5th fight, whil Pac is getting about $20 million???

No he wants to get paid what he rightfully deserves not the small cut he's being offered. Why would he be scared of a guy who he arguably beat 4 times and brutally knocked out in their last fight.
