    JMM's timing is just as good. You've seen during the PAC fight that he was able to time PAC's punches well. PAC is faster and I think hits harder than Casa but what Casa lacks in speed he'll more than make up with his trademark headbutts(lol) I mean his ability to bend the rules in his favor..

    I think Casamayor tried to start a commotion, to promote the fight.
    He's always been the loud mouth, instigator type.

    But I think JMM wasnt in on the "hype job" for the fight.

    I still think that Casa is the naturally bigger guy.
    Bigger, heavier bone structure. He cuts weight to reach the weight limit.

    JMM's is a natural featherweight + added muscle mass.

    that scuffle was so pathetic, they looked like a 2 morons in sombreros playing patty cake smiling and laughing, the only entertaining part was when Joel pushed schaffer

    Casamayor-Marquez heats up!

    It was a hot day at La Placita Olvera in downtown Los Angeles for today's public press conference for Saturday's PPV showdown between Joel Casamayor and Juan Manuel Marquez. This got even hotter as the fighters were posing. Casamayor put his hand on Marquez' forehead and Marquez tried to get back at Casamayor forcing the camps to keep the fighters apart. "He's stupid if he thinks he's going beat me," proclaimed Casamayor. "He'd better stand up in the ring and fight me." Marquez said he's in great shape and "I'll prove to everybody that I'm the champion."

    not me. anything less than a marquez KO or a very wide decision will shock me. casa is shot that he quickly tires now. once he gasps for air, marquez would start to take advantage and pepper casa with accurate combinations. my prediction is marquez by KO mid to late rounds. and he will call pacquiao afterwards. :good

    I've been saying that even before I saw what JMM looks like at 135. Overall he's just a cleaner, more powerful and better boxer....he's just a tad smaller...or so it seems.

    I'm rooting for JMM but Casamayor is slick AND a lefty (JMM's nightmare), he has been hit by bigger guys and I don't think that JMM will have enough pop to KO him. I'll still root fro JMM no matter what. I want to see Casa lose a fight since the Santa Cruz ROBBERY
