One of the punches Mayweather has to look out for is that punch. A punch he scored his first KD against Casamayor and rocked Paquiao with. When Mayweather back peddles to the ropes, disengages from the inside fighting, Marquez will look to land that punch.

I like mayweather and I think he will win the fight (85%-15%), but that punch is a killer.

It's like when machida pushes of from the klinches. It was millimeters from Evans catching him with that long uppercut.

Your thoughts? If there is a finish (KO) how will that finish finish :)

That long sweeping right hand will wind up getting Marquez knocked out in this fight.

Marquez will not be pressuring PBF.
If JMM lands any shot's (x2) with power it will be while stepping backward.
(Watch his last fight's to see his current style change)

Marco Antonio Barrera says that Marquez long right is lethal and deceptive. Marquez starts that punch after backing off and then comes in and delivers the TNT.

Marquez has been able to hide his intentions and deliver powerful blows from odd angles.

The marquez uppercut is his money punch.....

the floyd jab is mayweather's money punch in this fight IMO

Nacho mentioned that he has a 4 x 4 x 4 strategy. The strategy is designed so Marquez can end strongly. Nacho does not believe Floyd has the power to hurt Marquez.

Not with one punch. But if Floyd can make Marquez chase him and lose his composure and try to force something then he is getting stopped. Marquez long right can land maybe..but if Floyd gets the rhythm of his shots then it wont land clean enough to do anything but score.

Juan Diaz high volume output did not phase Marquez neither did 3 kockdowns in 1 round. What could Floyd do differently? Floyd may be fast but he is obligated to dominate Marquez thoroughly--I just dont see how PBF can shut him down big. Floyd has little brittle hands and a bad shoulder...those problems may heal but they don't go away completely. Bad joints and ligaments don't go away with time they get worse.

I guess you have never seen Marquez fight as you think he has only one punch!

Except that Floyd fights nothing whatsoever like Juan Diaz.

In part two of 24/7 nacho beristain says that he should go forward (or maybe it wat pt1).

I think that it is the wrong tactics for Marquez. He should simply lay back and force Mayweather to go forward, so that he can use his counter punshing. Marquez is smaller, older, and slower. It is Mayweather who has to go forward. He is the favorite. The pressure is on him to make it an interesting and competitive fight. However the fight unfolds, I think Mayweather will win, but letting Mayweather come to him is the only way Marquez can win this fight.

    In my humble opinion.

Everything that JMM relies on at 135 and under will not have the same effect at 144. He's a dead man walking.

    I agree with this comment.

JMM is heavily underdog but this is boxing. You'll never know what will happen.

People were saying it's stupid to think pAC can win over ODLH but it happened. Maybe JMM can do the same...

As much as I don't like JMM (coz of his fans!) I'd LIKE him to win this fight :hey:goodbut if he is to lose on this fight I want it to be a KO win by PBF coz I don't want to hear JMM fans :|:|:| and pointing to the judges and ref AGAIN!

BELIEVE me there are JMM fan/s who has a habit on pointing to others everytime he does not like the results. To this day it was NEVER jmm's fault!:nut

    GOOD LUCK JMM!

People are getting carried away too much. I blame marketing materials and 24/7 for managing to fool you all.

All FMJ got to do is jab the whole 12 rounds (while doing his usual focus on defense), nothing extra.
