nah he's a piece of dung, he called Margarito a D level fighter, called Cotto a punching bag, called Mosley a sparring partner, said Pac knows he can't beat him.

then he goes and ducks all four.

fraud can only win over his doubters and haters by fighting the best and stop ducking them. if he mans up, win or lose, he will gain universal respect.

but everyone hates his duck the best and fight the safest BS. he's setting boxing behind MMA with that BS. MMA fans say all the time, in boxing the best don't fight the best, so they go to MMA.

I'm sorry but almost no one will give him much credit for beating JMM. You can try to overrate the win however you want but it still won't change
the fact that it's a cherrypicked 135 fighter.

So what..it's just a tune up.

At least he didn't fight Micheal Jennings or Alphonso Gomez.

Great smaller fighter >> Big sorry-ass bum

Uh huh...then after the fight JMM was too small.

Before the Hatton fight Ricky was suposed to smash his ribs..then he suddenly became too small when he got KTFO.

Don't BACKSLIDE when Floyd destroys this pinata.

Like I've said before, if it wasn't labeled a mega match then I wouldn't be shitting on it. That fight should be on free HBO.

So it would have been cool to fight Alphonso Gomez of free HBO?

    Yeah right.

Oscar didn't get this much hate fighting Yori Boy Campas on PPV and paying him only 35,000:rofl

The 15 y/o he raped in mexico got a better deal than that.

Stupidity and hatred at its finest. What are the promoters supposed to do? Not try to sell the fight by saying "Don't worry about this unimportant fight. It's just a tune-up."

    I swear.

Juan Manuel Marquez looks more and more like Roberto Duran every time I see him.

His physique looks great, but like others said, I worry whether it will slow him down some. He will be losing some weight in the next few weeks, though, which will likely speed him up.

At 135, his hands were as fast as Floyd's are at 147. So I think that is an important advantage. If Juan wants to win this, he needs fast combinations. Floyd's an expert counter puncher, but he doesn't typically punch while you are punching. He makes you miss badly so you're out of position, and THEN counters.

Try telling Oscar Floyd doesn't punch when you're punching.

Look at the sequence in the 5th round when Floyd countered him off the ropes in between Oscar's combos.

How can anyone tell how slow he looks from still photographs?

If Marquez wins, he's cemented himself as an all time great. He's already better than either Barrera or Morales in my books, but this one would put him over the hump and into the discussion of the greatest Mexican fighters of all time. If he loses, most people (myself included) expected it.

If Floyd wins, he adds another good scalp to his resume, not great giving the conditions of the fight, but stil a very good win. If he loses, he gets exposed. Simple as.
