This should probably be in the general forum but never mind; I was vaguely wondering what you lot on here think about it. My keeping up with current affairs in boxing is a seldom-seen occurrence, so I was quite pleased to see this one crop up. I really like Rafa Marquez in conjunction with being unable to make up my mind about Lopez, the latter being a part-rational part-irrational reaction to the inevitable arse gravy that tends to attach itself to most rising fighters who possess an apparently decent punch. How do yooz see it panning out?
Lopez, I thought had chin issues when draining to make weight, but recently because he went down against a kid who can punch at a higher weight, he's now getting a lot of chinny reputation heaped on him. If he does have a poor chin...it makes Marquez much less the underdog. If Lopez were fast, I'd heavily favor him, but he's not and I don't. I think Marquez could pull this off. He's very smart, very experienced, just faded to an unknown degree. I just woke up, so I'm babbling. I have no idea what I just typed but I'm sure it's either true or not.
Pretty excited about this fight. I should get to bed so I'll just agree with the most of what Boxed Ears said....I think Marquez can pull this off.
I think that this might be the most profound thing I've ever read. Well, apart from when Charlie Brooker said that tasting the new range of Walker's crisps was like sucking hot cat**** through an old sock. That was pretty profound. Fair post though. I'll go into more depth later....
You want profound? THIS is profound: This content is protected Everything SNV related is also profound, by the way.
