JMM should just forget Diaz....bad showing, they can forget about this fight getting over 1mil PPV.

A loss or an injury, there goes JMM's retirement money. If that happens, Zab would step in to collect his retirement check.

The $5 for every PPV over 700K is counted from the 700K, isn't it? (Makes sense, I guess they counted the Clottey numbers as Pac being able to that by himself) If it does 1M PPV he will get an extra $1.5M, if it does 1.5M PPV he gets an extra $4M. Extremeley generous offer, considering Marquez largest payday to date was the $3.2M vs Floyd. And with all the other incentives you mentioned, Marquez would be stupid not to seek it.

Just goes to show the issue in the first place was Golden Boy's involvement. They seriously need to man up, swallow their pride and apologize to Pac and admit they were wrong to accuse of him of using PEDs, as Arum has stated is what is needed for them to work together again.

Oww I didnt knew that but thats probably right, makes more sense as well,I definitely could see this fight do 1.4/5 mil if promoted right.
I think marquez is taking a huge risk with the diaz fight, one big cut or a broken bone and it basically ruins the pacfight thus a good life with lots of money when he is done with boxing. People were complaining about marquez choosing diaz instead of zab judah, but when we look at whats at stake for him it makes perfect sense, I think he is crazy to fight diaz to be honest.
and yes gbp should aplogize to pac and toprank and try to make big fights happen between them, its important for boxing.

I hated this fight at 147. If they are ok with the fight at 144 why not but I still feel like Marquez will get destroyed by Pacquiao especially since Pacquiao must be pissed bc of his last performance and based on the fact that Marquez do not run..he throws combinations with mean intentions. I'm glad he will make money! He truly deserves it!

i'm happy for Marquez and while I will purchase this fight, at this point in their respective careers, I see PAC KO'ing Marquez who has been dropped by smaller fighters since him and PAC last fought.
