Marquez is a good fighter but I agree whats he done except receive a mistake draw against Pac via the judges to rate this lofty position. He has to be there more on promise trhan actual deed. The way I see it there are a hell of a lot of fighters who have accomplished more and deserve his spot.

First and foremost i think that jmm is very overrated by putting him in top 3 p4p. Why because of his boxing expertise eh? his last fight was against rocky juarez, with all the prediction that it would just be a breeze and some even predicted a ko for jmm yet he failed to ko even when rocky was fighting with one eye. If that was the fight where they base jmm as top 3 p4p then it's exagerrated and the ring p4p lost it's cred:-( . I agree he is within top 10 but passing through the likes of pavlik and izzy is just plain exaggerated if it will be based on his latest exploit. Especially now that odlh holds the ring in his leash pretty much "promoting" his favorite boy jmm but waaaay exagerrated! Actually look at their faces after the fight: yep rocky was bloody and had his head cut since rnd.2, but look at jmm: omg! A welt like some friggin street humps from some shool intersection on his forehead!
Look at jmm's record: not that impressive either; He went through and lost to another overrated piece of **** like cj (although i'm not saying jmm ain't elite but throwing him way up at 3 is waaay too much) and jandaeng: a b-class fighter, he got dropped by a pinoy journey man who pac could take in rnds 2-5 won against polo(who?), won a disturbing win (for the mab fans) from mab when grandpa mab even dropped jmm:huh So putting him in top 3? WTF!! Believe me b4 pac was surprised mab lost to jmm! (What? jmm is only a b-level fighter to pac? What gives!)
But is still give props to jmm: for me he is the best counter punching machine we ever saw. If it weren't for pac i guess no casual fan would even recognize him! And despite his poor selling power, odlh managed to push his ass up to#3 way to go oscar!:happy
