what about chris eubanks dubai promotions?????

or the floyd-pac 2010 dubai championship

2 fantastic ventures into mid arabian boxing.

dubai needs it if anything. make cheap flights, force reletivly cheap hotels, force the price of booze to a lower price.

gain from the proceeds of a superstar with a strong following.

boxing might benifit for it to pick off in china and india. china with real exspensive tastes will lap up the luxious comfort that boxing brings.

the UAE are a good egg. but bad investments might send half of their country's into ghost towns. they might have a market for the decadent rich and is a unique place to go to....form a business perspective they could make some good cash. but highly doubt that will happen. it will take time and money...which they may have but not to any continuous interest.

    to the question at hand.

YES. do it quickly and get it over with after a few rounds. 15million to do anything is ponderable. especially for something you love and especially in the twilight of his career. do it. and get out.

It's on boxing scene from Nacho, he actually says they will turn it down because Arum is head of the line to stage next fight, I really think it was a legit offer, Tiger Woods is worth hundreds of millions, he goes to Dubai for a reason it has to be big money cause he skips tournaments in the U.S.

Well ****, if it's legit go ahead. Take this 15 million and another 15+ for Pac and call it a career.

He shouldn't get a cent less than 20 for Pacquiao V.

How much do you think that leaves for Pac's guarantee? Think Pac will put up a big fuss about his purse compared to JMM?

    Pacquiao should get less, period.

Marquez has every right to say "go **** yourself" if that isn't how it divvies up.

Oh he definitely deserves less, and I think he'll receive less if they do fight. I just wonder how much less Arum would be able to get away with. He has to please Marquez, but at the same time Pac knows his name will be a big part of the PPV selling, so he won't settle for just anything. If Marquez is getting around 20-25 I can't see Pac getting more than 15 or so.. Wonder if he'll take that and another possiblity of getting KTFO, or take a safer match for far more.. If Marquez takes that bout in Dubai he surely has more incentive to say 'go **** yourself' to a bull**** purse.

Pacquiao will get more than Marquez, I think Marquez has to ask for 15 million and Mann gets 25 million a fight and he has to know if he gets knocked out his career is over so he isn't giving a discount.

If Marquez get 15mills for that fight he should take it and retire. Skip the Pac fight because he could lose lol. Or he could make another 20mills fighting Pac again...win, lose, or draw.

Pacquiao is still the bigger name, no agenda just reality, you think Marquez is a bigger name? Sergio Martinez got 1.5 for a fight that made over 40 million. People seem to get confused and think boxers get paid like Mayweather or Pacquiao, you think Marquez is going to make 20 million?
