outside pac right now the best money fights for him would be khan. Khan is big in the UK and he trains with roach. Another roach-beristain showdown plus mexican and british fans, that fight would sell.

Do you have ANY idea what JMM has done and at his age? You are truly clueless about boxing if you are busting a guys balls thats 38 this year, supposedly ducking guys 3 and 4 times over his natural weight division where he fought 50 times?? :patsch:rofl this aint a video game where JMM fights like he did 8 years ago and never gets tired or weight doesnt factor anything.....

    Amir Khan age 24
    5 foot 10 inches 140 champ

    Andre Berto age 27
5 foot 8 inches tall wbc welter champion/ 6 defenses

Khan started off his career with at 135

Berto actually started his off at 160, then fell down to 154..then stayed at 147

picture Khan not wanting to fight 154 pound champs and picture Berto ducking some of the 175 pound champions....... Berto would MAUL JMM....size alone...Khan would overwhelm him and stop him too....
not hard to imagine...JMM is a natural featherweight fighting out of his element as it is...just happens to be defying logic at the moment :deal

...If you're trying to say that Formidable is coming off as a ******ed numbnutted dingleberry who should sit on a whole pineapple and pretend he's on a mechanical bull, I think I already implied it. Excellent post, none the less. :thumbsup

Tell him to direct his post to Marquez. He's the one who's been talking **** about how he'd easily beat 140-147lbers as Pac did if he was to commit himself to the task. Now that he gets the opportunity he doesn't seem so keen to back it up. As I stated in my initial post, it's a bit harsh to call it ducking, but it is cherry picking none the less to choose Morales with the other options available and given what he himself has stated he could do at 140-147.

As a huge Berto fan, I must say that Berto should not be fighting JMM, come on Berto, you're better than that.

JMM is a 135lber so he cannot be accused of ducking those fighters above his division. Just because Pac can fight and win against those guys doesn't mean that JMM also has to fight those guys. Let JMM fight Guerrero or Soto instead.

That's the problem, he doesn't want those fights. He wants Morales first

Come to think of it, there are no more big money fights for Marquez at 135 so maybe Marquez should just fight Morales now and then hang up the gloves. Only fights against Humberto Soto and Brandon Rios would spark interest but neither one of those are big money fights. So that is why Marquez should just get it on with Morales and make it do what it do.

I will not be watching if Marquez fights Berto. That **** will be too hard to watch.

By the way, there was a thread earlier today that Marquez said that the Morales fight fell through so he's considering Khan and Robert Guerrero for his next fight.

You can send that to Marquez too. He's the one talking out of his arse, writing cheques his ass can't cash.

If anything, he can squeeze the juice out of it and drink it to help rid him of his **** breath

Willing to fight Morales at 140, but not Khan? That's called cherry picking.

Arum/Mayweather/Pac and Haye/Klits get constantly bashed for not making those fights happen. Yet we're supposed to excuse Marquez because he's apparently paid he's dues? Haven't those other fighters?

If it was Mayweather doing something similar he wouldn't get away with it so easy.
