    It's no longer even debatable.

Pacquiao - beaten by Marquez then beats two walking punchbags.

Marquez - beats Pacquiao then steps up and not just beats but KOs 2 of the 3 best lightweights in the world.

    Juan Manuel Marquez = P4P no.1.

Marquez almost lost against Barrera and he lost a decision to Chris John. Pacquiao convincingly beat Barrera, Morales and ODLH, and a bunch of other Mexicans in the past 5 years. Instead of chasing other fighters Marquez just waited in the shadows, holding hands with his Japanese boyfriends and daydreamed everyday of getting another shot against Pacquiao. KO'ng Diaz and Casamayor are impressive but Pacquiao is still more accomplished.

I agree. Marquez is a solid #2. I think Marquez-Pacquiao III is pretty much guaranteed.

It was validated in that Diaz is feather fisted. Pac would have finished off Marquez with those volume of punches.

I don't think referring to the fighters official records means much these days. Fighters get gifts. We saw it today in the John fight. We have seen it countless times in Germany, so quit with the b.s. It certainly is a toss up between Marquez and Pac.

That Pac wont oblige a matchup gives it to Marquez in my book.

Neither Pac nor Roach object to a rubber match with Marquez. Roach mentioned the possibility of a third fight only recently.

No replies on here have even tried to counter my arguement. It's as clear as day, Juan Manuel Marquez is the P4P best boxer on the planet.
