Same goes with the first fight. Pacquiao clearly had that one in the bag. It' doesn't matter anymore though. It's done! No matter what anyone say Pacquiao's record against Marquez will say 1-0-1 and Marquez will have 0-1-1.

This is an amazing argument in my opinion, I don't see why it's not getting more respect in this thread.

How much more respect do we have to add to JMM because I am sure that he is a very respected fighter in any forum. Apparently, the only "respect" that is acceptable to you is when everybody will say that he beat Pac in those two fights, in a word of one of the resident idiot in this thread, "CONVINCINGLY".

Apparently, there is no way to respect JMM without disrespecting other fighters.

Have you ever wondered why threads with this line " JMM was cheated in the Pac fights" or similar motto or line of reasoning, far outnumber "Pac won against JMM". It is simply because Pac fans moved to bigger things, while JMM fans are still hung up to "should have", "could have", etc. etc.

And the scary part is that JMM fans does not even recognize that JMM is actually slipping in terms of speed and reflexes. They are talking in the "past" when talkng about the "present" JMM in terms of skill.

I admire JMM for his skills but I am also wary of him fighting a bigger fighter, who punches harder than anyone JMM ever met, probably faster than any of JMM's opponent with defensive skills probably second to none.

It is not I who will be fighting in the ring but as a boxing fan, mismatches can cause serious injuries, ala Gamache vs. Gatti. and therefore, I will not in hundred years say it is okay for JMM to fight Mayweather. JMM simply did not grow into the higher division. At most, JMM is probably a 135 pound fighter. Jumping 2 weight divisions to fight a very very good fighter is not easy for a 36 years old fighter.

JMM has my respect as a fighter and I do not know how to add more respeest to it without making it cheap and worthless (because that becomes HUGGERY -that is not a respect).

    damn this guy is obsessed

he likes to claim he isnt a Pac hater, but its one thing to constantly make hate posts about a fighter but to always making threads about it is just compulsive.

i clearly had marquez winning the fight by 3 points. about the decision, it was not a robbery as i have seen worse decisions but marquez did not deserve to lose his title that night. in boxing, i am a firm believer that you have to beat the champion to take his title and pacquiao did not beat marquez.

it was a close fight the KD is what gave manny the fight, Sorry but scoring the round in which Manny got stunned a 10-8 round is the most biased **** you can dig up, Marquez lost both fights and he should be happy that the second one was scored as close as that was considering he lost the 1st fight thanks to a judge who admitted to a scoring error in round 1

    bazooka,

let me ask you this, then why didn't pacquiao let marquez try to regain his title back if he was so sure he won? pacquiao was really eager to give morales a 3rd fight after beating him so why not marquez?

i'll tell you why, because marquez was too much of a risk for bob arum's master plan of making pacquiao a media superstar like he made de la hoya. the difference with oscar and pacquiao is that oscar was better in his prime that's why he fought the very best competition in his division. when has pacquiao ever stayed in any division long enough to fight the best fighters there? answer: he never has and never will.

any fearless fighter, i mean any fearless fighter who got challenged in his own country like pacquiao did by marquez would surely have jumped at the opportunity to prove to himself once and for all who the better man was. the fans wanted the fight, the media wanted the fight, marquez wanted the fight so why didn't pacquiao give him that pivotal 3rd fight like pacquiao gave morales?

answer: BECAUSE HE WAS AFRAID OF LOSING TO MARQUEZ! AGAIN!

I had it one point for Pacman in the first fight with no volume.

Next fight i had it for JMM by 1 point in the second.

    NO ****ING ROBBERIES EVEN OCCURRED.

A robbery is Fenech vs Nelson 1.

Watch that i say that was a robbery but what happened in both fights could have gone either way.

This is also goes to the thread starter. Mate those fights were years ago.

Mate id be more worried about the future.

Because all i know PBF is the sort of fighter that could finish JMM for good.

Id be more worried about that fight right now.

    8count,

the reason i also answer my own questions is because pacquiao's fans don't want to hear the truth so i have to give it to them! :nut
