Pac's face showed little to no damage. Marquez's face was swollen and red. Pac doesn't have the iron skin of Margarito. Pac won a close fight. But I give full props to Marquez - he fought the fight of his life. The body looked TREMENDOUS, and his punches were VERY POWERFUL. He can compete as an elite welter. I have suspicions, but I'm not going to go on a campaign as I have ZERO PROOF. He's been fighting drained, I will say.

The fight was not close, I scored it 116-112 for Pac. He landed more, controlled the fight and all Marquez did was run like a *****. So what if Marquez had 2 great rounds, the fight was 12 and he stunk it up the other 10.

 

Well Dan Rafael just tweeted that Manny needed stitches in his eye before he could attend the post fight press conference so take it for what it's worth.

While I think Marquez won by 2 rounds it was still a somewhat close fight. But I think it was due to Marquez following Nacho's advice to coast the last 3 rounds as they felt they were comfortably ahead. However, like I said in another thread regardless of who I felt won, the 116-112 scorecard was terrible.

 

Exactly my point. All they were saying is wow look at that footwork. I never knew a fighters can win on Just footwork cuz that's all pac had going for him to tell you the truth. Jmm was a far superior fighter at it showed clearly. Nobody is fooled by the bs Hbo commenting. Kellerman did step in and kept it real a few times tho. :deal

if mayweather continues to duck pac, and pac said may 5th is fine with him, then mayweather is being cowardly.

 

Its a shame that twice pac get a close decision win in which again most ppl thought marquez won the fight. And did you all hear the fans in the arena booing the hell out of pacquiao? When has pac ever been boo that loudly before? Yea there were mexican fans but there were also pac fans. I think even pac fans knows pac lost cause they didnt cheer manny when he was interview.
