Yeah i was in the bar watching the fight here in philippines and most of the guys around me said that pac lose the fight. i didnt even finish round 12 coz i dont want to see the result that pac would lose. then a text came that pac won via majority decision. i said, what? that sure was a robbery!

even when i went home in a jeepney, people keeps discussing that marquez won.

i must admit i agree with u here that to beat the champ, you must beat him convincingly to secure a W.:good

OK, from now on let's ignore official results gentlemen. We all now the state of affairs now, P4P:

    1. Folyd Mayweather
    2. JMM

I will refuse to take this as a Pac victory, just refuse.

pac won, stop all b*tching like little girls and like sore as* loser marquez has always been!

pac threw more,he landed more,he was aggressing,he was using more ring generalship and good defence.

what, yall thought marquez would win clearly and now he lost clearly you just stick to the old story of "robbery" f*ck off.haaa.

Boxing is in the toilet. Again. Buisnessmen have ruined the sport. Either fighters are guided their whole career to avoid 'losing their 0' or they are given gifts to allow big fights to happen down the line. It's not a sport about true competition between the best fighters anymore. This is why I now prefer MMA.

marquez did not fight like he wanted to win by KO,he did not be the aggressor,he didnt win rounds by wide margins.

nacho wanted him to lose by telling him he was winning and not pushing him to fight harder!

C'mon guys, you know what type of poster you'll be dealing with if they have to include an insult as a thread title.

Boxing is a passionate sport, and Pacquiao is one of the most loved athletes in the world. For people who have watched the sport for a long time and try their best to keep a level head when analysing fights it's easy to see JMM won this - the real debate was if it was a a true landslide or a close fight.

It's only the new die-hard Pacquiao fans who are being blinded by emotion that are calling this a Pacquiao won. The original poster didn't even try to logically break down why Pacquiao won.

And this is coming from a Pacquiao fan who predicted a Pac KO3. Just another day in boxing.

I had Marquez leading and with the momentum to win the fight leading into the 9th rd. The only problem is that Pacquiao upped the tempo in those last 3/4 rds to eke out the victory. Marquez is a great punchers and counter punchers so he did get the better of PAC in the majority of the exchange but his back peddling counter punching style probably didn't suit well with the judges. He pretty much backed up the whole fight. When you're fighting the champ you can't always just back peddle, you have to show the judges that you really want to win the fight also and Marquez didn't show that.

Am i the one who's blind, or you? We're all upset because it was unusual to see Pacquioa do a different style that's why you can't see him winning cause your not used to that style.. But for rounds 10,11,12 he changed style and it was clear that he's beating Marquez to a pulp.. :good
