Marquez-Pacquiao Robbery Thread

I can't say for sure until I provide a scorecard, but I thought Marquez had a clear majority of rounds.

 

Are you kidding me? No robbery? I feel bad for Marquez. I thought he clearly won the fight.

I watch every Pac fight with 15-20 Filipinos and all of them thought Pac lost.

 

JMM fans have to be the biggest cry babies in history. JMM barely took a forward step in the fight and Pac landed more punches. How in the world was JMM robbed? JMM fans are disgraceful

 

Im filipino and im ashamed pacquiao won... Marquez clearly won that fight no matter which way u see it. Im sick of this kind of decisions...

 

I bet and won, but I feel nothing but hollow victory. It's not Pacquiao but the judges who robbed Marquez of a well deserved victory.

I'm still a Pacquiao fan and will continue to support him in his fights. But today is just one fight that Marquez won against Pacquiao. I hope they do another rematch soon.

not in robbery territory, could have gone either way in my opinion. I thought JM did a better job throughout though, seemed like he was landing the better shots despite Lampleys constant pac-jocking commentary. Anyway, i had it a draw.

 

you were probably swayed by the biased comentary. i live in australia and i had to live through a whole pile of bull**** for the last 5 rounds of the fight. the commentary did not reflect the action in the ring. the compubox stats show that they were clearly blowing smoke from their ass

It was a close fight and could have gone either way. Lets not discredit Marauez by saying Pacquiao didnt look good now and give all the credit to the great juan manuel marquez. You exceeded my expectations. Last but not least a big haha **** you guys who thought marquez was getting k.o'd!! Haha **** yooouuuu. **** yoooouuu! Lol i love it

Marquez fought and won with a counterpunching style, to do that he has to take half a step back in order to time Pacquaio.

He was robbed indeed. WTF is up with these refs? I had Marquez winning by 2 rounds. Refs are in love with Manny's style, and even though Marquez displayed perfect counterboxing and got the most clean shots, he still can't catch a break. Disgrace. But we all know Manny won, because it would drastically decrease the value of a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight, if Marquez had won. Mayweather should just fight Pacman now, he would beat him imo. Have to say it again.. PROPER DISGRACE!
