Marquez has been begging for this fight for a long time. What if Pacman said he is fed up and pulls out of the fight. Marquez wouldn't have many more options while Pacman has many opponents. Being ripped is about having low body fat, which is harder as you get older due to that decreased metabolism. The reason why your metabolism decreases is primarily due to decreases in lean mass. Boxers don't know what to do with weights so if they all of a sudden start training properly at 40 years of age then they will get big gains. I don't think people understand how useless boxers generally are at getting in shape, usually it's running, push ups and making weight. That's why when a decent S+C guy comes along everyone likes to scream out PEDs because the results are different from what 'old school' trainers get.
