    Ricardo Lois the writer is a pac hater and a certified Joyboy. But try to read his take on Marquez' actions.....pathetic. :lol:

    That just shows what kind of egocentric this cry baby is. Before when he was the "chimp ion" he did not give Pacquiao an immediate rematch after their draw, inspite of Congressmanny's pleas because he want a more bigger purse, but stupidly get a more smaller purse when he fought Chris John in Indonesia. But now he`s obsessively in love to have a fight with Pacquiao but demanded $5M for the fight. Then this time he`s trying to play hard ball with Erik Morales because he doesnt want to give Erik the opportunity to win a championship in 4 weight division. What a pathetic cry baby this man is.!!

    im a big fan of morales but my initial thought is a massacre unless marquez takes it easy on him (like a barrera - tapia fight)

    Marquez was legitimately ducked by big names and kept out of the spotlight under Arum and he couldn't stand two other Mexicans he felt he was up to par with go on to get the big fights while he lingered. I can see him at 38 not willing to give a shot fighter the payday when they wouldn't fight you at all in your prime (which makes this much different than past negotiations with Pacquiao since they fought twice.) I'm quite happy for Morales this isn't happening, and JMM can try and close his career nicer without a **** fight.

    I don't believe this. Marquez wants Morales. I've seen him quoted as saying this in some of his recent interviews. The only reason this fight gets shelled is if they have a more lucrative fight lined up. That I doubt, given Marquez's reluctance to move up to 140 where his fights would generate the most interest (outside of a Pac fight).

    Who in his right mind would spurn $750,000 and accept $30K a prize money?

    JMM is maxed out at 135, his best weights below that, he is a few years past his peak and will be about 38 his next fight.

    There was another thread like this and why do people keep bringing Chris John up who he beat up also ,Marquez still made money ,how do you fight Pac and then your next two fights are Championship bouts in Vegas and winning. Look what Pac did his next fight

    .Thats when he started taken Roids do the research Juan does deserve 5 mil for beating a man twice ,hell Cottey & Margo got 5 mil + and them two didn't deserve a shot ,I think team Pac is scared because they know the outcome stop hiding and fighting old slow ass fighters its starting to get old I told everyone long ago to long at the pattern and some people are like ...what pattern ...stupid is stupid does.:patsch
