I don't think Manny will take the risk fighting in MW. He's just too small to enter that lion's den as even a Margarito (a WW) fight is ruled out. He may be brave but not stupid.
Money and Legacy wise, JMM is not in Pac's radar for reasons that: 1. Pac has beaten him twice already. 2. Nate is a more of a live opponent because of the belts. More for his legacy. But I have my doubts, if many will fight in 135 again. Perhaps they can meet in 140.
Marquez is the man and was jobbed in those two fights. My only concern is that the fight must happen soon as Marquez is already 35. It's only a matter of time before his speed begins to decline. Pacquiao will nott ake this fight as he knows there is more money for less risk.
Why don't you just tell me to save me the trouble? It's not exactly a household where I can just walk into a room and ask Divac. I thought you were one of those who went against their hearts (there were many). If not, my mistake. :good
sure... emile griffith, boom boom mancini, kevin kelley.. Naseem Hamed is still out there somewhere too. Manny will be trying to make that fight lolz
Marquez, dude - we know how much you want to prove you can beat Pacman. We know you're a great fighter. It's just time to let go. Make your own path to undisputable greatness.
Believe it or not, I still think JMM will stylistically always give Pac problems even at higher weights. Styles make fights. There will always be somebody who has your number. As great as Joe Louis is, he is always bothered by the style of Jersey Joe Walcott. Ali is to Frazier etc.
