I won't say you are a moron, but why would you try to compare Floyd not KOing JMM to Pac, who fought him at their same weights? Floyd was a hulk compared to JMM.

I know you HAVE TO defend Floyd, but c'mon dude. Floyd COULD have won by KO had he wanted. Just like vs. Baldomir, and even Shane. They were ready to go. Even the biggest and smartest, AND ALSO, DUMBEST FLOYD FANS should be able to see that.

People like the fighters who go for KO's. To finish a dead man walking. Not play safe to the finish line. Sure, it works, but it is what it is and you take the heat if it's thrown.

He landed 59% of power shots, 105/177 that night, I mean he did a bit more than jab...and his D made JMM look silly. Love JMM and have nothing but respect for him, in no way am I trying to mock or disrespect him, he's a great champion.

How many KD's did Manny have against JMM? So why did he not stop him, could he not finish him? What about Tony, or Clottey, or SSM, or even Oscar who quit, or Cotto who was hurt but not KO'd...look I'm not hating on the man, I'm simply saying JMM isn't just there to be KO'd, and to make Manny out to be this KO machine isn't exactly accurate either? Most of those guys at some point were ready to go, and he didn't finish the deal...irrelevant why, no different that it's irrelevant why PBF didnt, they won it's what they showed up to do.

PBF weighed 152 on fight night vs JMM, per a known PBF hater in Popkins who linked the Ring article that I'm not searching for, but youre welcome to do so. So while this all sounds good, the bottom line is PBF did what he does, he completely outclassed a future HOFer and made him look as if he shouldn't be fighting at WW (which he shouldn't), yet you are supportive of Manny fighting him at WW right?

105 power shots over 12 rounds is not much brah.

he threw and landed way more jabs than power shots. not even close.

    comon dawg

he jabbed the **** out of a smaller man. Don't get me wrong though it was a hell of a performance for Floyd. in no way am I trying to moch and disrespect Floyd tho brah, he's a great champ too

You guys read to much into it. Marquez is simply trying to hype the fight .. him himself has said that Floyd is the best in the game..

For example : arum - marquez needs to prove himself at welterweight .

Arum 9-6-11: marquez presents a puzzle to pac and will be a classic fight.

They lie and lie all the time to hype the fight..

I love Floyd just like the next man but even I have to agree with Uppercut on this....Floyd should be ashamed of himself, he played with his food.

I guess Marquez expects us to forget those boring years he gave us. He himself had a reputation as a guy who didn't like to fight

I remamber the marquez vs Floyd fight I was mega drunk.. I was swareing up and down marquez won..felt stupid after I watched it.. Floyd style is defensive and marquez is counter .. Floyd came with a better game plan and used his height reach advantage.. marquez saying Floyd dosent like to fight dose not mean he is dissing him.. Floyd him self said it before.. he's not a fighter just a pure boxer.

he liked to fight but he was careful. He always put some pop behind his punches though.

JMM was more of a thinking fighter in his early days but he was never afraid to fight! Plenty of video evidence of JMM getting pissed and forgetting his defense if anyone got a good shot at him. Even then he had a good killer instinct!
