    If I had a gun to my head I'd say that Mayweather has used PED's. Just like I would for almost every top athlete. I've said this many times.

    However, the fact is that Mayweather was the first professional athlete in any sport to ever demand and pay for additional blood testing. In history. Therefore, he automatically becomes less suspicious than any other boxer in the world spare for those who have also been apart of higher-than-normal testing procedures (Donaire's 365 day random blood testing especially).
