I believe Pacquiao is a great fighter and will fight anyone at any weight but his team is afraid he will lose if they do not have an advantage. Marquez and Mayweather will beat Pacquiao, those are the only two who can beat Pacquiao. BTW I would love to see Canelo vs Pacquiao! :bbb
This dumb, Pac has already toyed and smashed a prime JMM when he was weight drained and green, if they fought now, boxing may have another death on their hands as JMM is not half the fighter that Pac is. JMM is and always will be a gatekeeper and a hype job, Pac is an ATG top 20.
Was Mayweather too scared to fight Marquez at 144? I guess Pac-Floyd ain't happening because both fighters want the advantage and neither will get it Pac's fought above 144 for a year now over three fights. He is the man right now and they won't bow down to Marquez who continuosly mocks them and disrespects them. Plus he's a GBP fighter, they sure aren't getting what they want from Arum. Marquez talks **** and questions Pac's wins over Cotto and Margo, then step up like Manny has done and take a challenge
Pac is cornered right now by two very good boxers at different ends of the weight spectrum. If pac looks up he will see Martinez who KO'd Paul Williams. Martinez said he could come down to 154 and challenge for pac belt and pac can challenge for his middleweight title. If pac looks down he sees Marquez who gave him the toughest fights of his career, many people say Marquez beat him twice. This fight should be done at 140. Both these men are better boxers than pac's last 3 opponents. And will be stiffer tests. Or should pac instead of looking up or looking down, should he just look around and see a faded shane mosley or a forever green berto and pick up another easy victory?
This would be an awesome fight. I wanted these two to square off for a third time a while ago, this fight takes 2nd place to more important fight but would be great for either legacy.
Arum wont let hes Pacquiao look vulnerable against Marquez at 140-142. No catchweights LOL, hes the king of catchweights.
