    :yep
Cortez has become too inconsistent to be the third man in a big fight.

Was that after the 1st knockdown?

Was it after the 2nd knockdown? At which Cortez could have easily stopped the fight.

Or was it after the 3rd knockdown? At which point no one would have
questioned Cortez for stopping the fight....
Yet, he allowed JMM to redeem himself.....where is the appreciation or
    objective consideration?

Dumbass Cortez is justifying DQ Soto in the same sentence he is talking about the 3 KDs in the Pac-Marquez fight. Did the moron forget Pac punched Marquez while he was down too!!!

After the 2nd KD had Cortez stopped the fight he would have been lynched as JMM was more than fit to continue, he was not chicken dancing, nor staggering, nor holding on to the ropes.

After the 3rd KD, he could have possibly stopped the fight and gotten away with it, but it does not change the fact that he is being an inconsistent **** by DQ Soto who had Lorenzo WAY more hurt than Pac had Marquez.

And it's not like it was the first KD for Lorenzo either.

i find it interesting cortez had to bring up the 1st pac-jmm fight.

failing to immediately call the 3rd kd while jmm balanced on his glove tips and the rope left pac to continue to punch.

in the sotto fight, he went the opposite by separating them for no reason.

intentional or not, he is very inconsistent and waffles to extremes.

Why would he need to appreciate the guy if Cortez is simply fair and firm and he was doing his job? He is getting paid to do his job, which is referee.

Regardless, I think Marquez is overacting. On the other side of the coin, at the same time Soto did hit Lorenzo when he was down. It doesn't justify him calling Cortez a mexican racist or hater for doing his job.

The bad part is that Cortez doesn't do a good job.

Its not the first time a boxer rejects Cortez as ref of his fight. Hopkins has spoken against him a couple of times.

I am glad boxers are speaking out against a bad ref.
