Upto 14 times stepping on Pac... ahaha, accidental and incidental my ass. It was systematic.

 

It's only done 6 times. On average thats once every two rounds. It happens when you have a southpaw against an orthadox fighter. Due to the mirror effect. Maybe at times he done it intentionally but not really a cheating trick.

Looks like he bottled his own **** for the fight . . . . I dont think theres any rules against it

 

At one point, he did it, Pac moved his foot, and Marquez moved his foot right back to Pac's foot.

This happens all the time. Maybe he done it once or twice but 6 times over 12 rounds isn't much to make a fuss about. Unless he had used to to get a KD or really shook pac with a combo.
