    Will if you're right.. then I guess that makes JMM irrelevant because there is nothing else out there for him unless he tries to unify the lightweight division which he hasn't tried to do.. COUGH**COUGH*** fighting Soto**

    Marquez has given boxing fans tons of great fights. He's never "cherry picked" before, so if he has suddenly decided, at the age of 37, that he wants to take a huge megafight in Mexico for a big huge boatload of cash, and he doesn't even have to fight Pacquiao or Mayweather... Why would you begrudge him that??

    He already fought Mayweather and Pacquiao and Arum don't want none of him any more.. Why would he fight Khan who is lesser known and much higher risk... when he can seize the day and fight Morales while Erik is feeling frisky? No brainer for Marquez and one in which I approve.

    Pac turned down 7 mil for a 3rd JMM fight to fight David Diaz for 3 mil.

    Marquez declined Khan fight because he didn't want to be a stepping stone for Khan to get over the US. There goes your Mexican warrior who is obsessively angling for another Pac fight.
