Now that all the speculation is done I can't wait for this fight. I don't think it'll be a so-called classic, heart in your mouth type of contest but it's 2 intriguing styles

Both are not the quickest in terms of hand speed, Bradley has more mobility but Marquez is a smarter mover.

The more I visualise this fight I can see Bradley getting a decision if he boxes smart. He needs to make Marquez come forward, that's the key. If he falls into the trap of trying to force the fight he'll lose

So if Bradley uses his jab, his quicker feet, keeps moving and forces Marquez to go look for him he'll get a decision, he has no chance of a KO but can definitely see him get a decision - that will enhance his legacy a hell of a lot and bump up his purse for the inevitable Pacquiao rematch, assuming Pacquiao doesn't end up finished after Alvarado...

So I'm sticking my neck out, and saying Bradley win IF he boxes smart

Bradley will still have something to prove, and so he will be gong for the kill.

He will thus be much easier to counter than Pac.

Easy win for JMM, quite possibly by KO, though obviously Bradley has a great chin & may make it to the final bell. If he does, he'll likely look like a roast beef sandwhich that was run over by a truck.

I suspect the outcome will be permanent brain damage for Bradley, sad to say.

I don't think JMM should have taken this. Bradley, if at his best, won't allow him to look good. Because Bradley would have to be a complete fool to come at JMM to try and prove a point. He'd have learned from that Provodnikov fight and I expect him to go back to being the responsible/awkward/boring fighter he normally is.

JMM takes this in a very close fight. Juan is the smarter boxer.

yes, excited about this. A genuine 50/50 IMO.

I think Bradley wins a close decision. But who knows.

    Can't wait for this one.

If Bradley stayes Disciplined I see him getting the nod after Unanimously winning 12 spirited rounds. actually outboxing Marquez for long stretches. (even though the majority would say that Marquexz is a more Technical boxers) This could be a bitter pill to swallowed bringing back the memory of Norwood. If you watch the fight closely Norwood was slick
Ruslan I would say has brute strength compared to Marquez.

Marquez is technically mroe skilled but styles make fights. No matter how skilled you are, if you're up against an opponent that neutralises your specific strengths as a boxer you're in trouble, simple as that.

Bradley has a style which if he uses correctly and forces Marquez to fight on the front foot, he can give Marquez problems

I see this fight going kinda like the Casamayor fight.

Timmeh gives him some problems, outboxing him in the early rounds, but as the rounds go on, JMM starts figuring him out, making the adjustments necessary and landing the harder, cleaner shots and by the later rounds, all the body work starts paying off getting Juan a late round stoppage around the 11th or enough to get a decision win in a very competitive fight.

Yeah, I see it as a really competitive fight because Bradley's ugly style might make Marquez look bad, but I'm fully behind Marquez pulling off a victory.

Both fighters will show their class in the ring it will be a chess match until they start to exchange. This has been the one fight I have been wanting to see since Juan was @lightweight & Bradley was the Jr. welterweight Champion. As a fan of both I say "may the best man win"

Based on styles I have to favor JMM here, But Timbo has the youth & is faster than Marquez. That said... Gimme Juan by TKO late or a decision.

Damn, Bradley took this fight way too early. He needed to take a year off. Marquez won't knock him out, but he will win by decision. Bradley wont make it easy though, he'll be a soldier until the very end, but Marquez will be more sharp and fresher and should get the W.

I hope Bradley fights that way, that way he will make it very close. But I feel Marquez will win this.
