jmms a 38-year-old career lw coming off two very demanding fights.

he deserves an easy stay busy fight before another huge payday.

jmm makes no money with provo so it makes no sense.

all you guys bitchen need to get over the paq ko loss

    its so obvious

What a bizarre turn of events.

What happens to Mikey Garcia vs. Yuriorkis Gamboa now? They shouldn't have to move, JMM vs. Alvarado isn't that big a deal.

Alvarado isn't even ****ing easy! :patsch FFS.

People act like Provodnikov scored a KO1 over him or something.

I'm with IB, don't sleep on Mile High Mike Alvarado.

I'm going with JMM, but Mike gets a well deserved payday and a shot at redemption.
My question is what happens to Mikey-Gamboa!? :smoke

It's screwy that Rios landed the Pacquiao fight for losing to Alvarado and Alvarado the Marquez fight for losing to Provodnikov?? Though I'm fine with it so long as it's on regular HBO (is it?). I don't think they can charge PPV for two boxers coming off loss? And JMM vs Provodnikov on the other hand probably does land on PPV.

A KO1 would have been merciful.

Ruslan wore him down and beat the living hell out of him.

Yeah I gotta agree with all this aside from the part about Pac/Bradley I being close. Competitive fight sure, but not really close nor hard to score. I'd put Bradley slightly ahead right now in terms of recent performances. Things should be much more clear where everyone stands after Pac/Bradley II though. Barring anything crazy happening with the scoring again.

As for Marquez, I assume this is his price to get another shot at Bradley (and the belt) should Bradley win vs Pac. I have no problems with this fight though it does seem he finds Prov too risky right now. Of course he doesn't need any leverage to get in with Pac again should pac win.

If you give it another watch and be careful on this go-around to 1) ignore the HBO commentary and 2) not undersell the jabs and body shots of Bradley and give them due weight as you score RBR, you should feel differently. :good

How are people complaining about this fight? It's a good fight with two fighters coming off competitive loses.

Seriously. I would have loved to see Marquez-Provodnikov but this fight ain't too far behind. I actually really like this fight. The trolling/silly bs on this board really reaches a new high every day.

    agreed.

the chances of mile high after the rios fights and now the provo beatdown having much left is pretty slim.

a first round provo ko loss wouldve been much better for alvarados health and career or whatever is left of it.

three wars in a span of one year and now just six months later another fight at a higher weight no less?

arum is giving alvarado the josesito lopez treatment.
