He deserved to lose close but clear to Pac. He did not deserve to lose to Provodnikov, it was close but clear for Bradley even with Provodnikov dropping and repeatedly hurting Bradley.

However, being that Pacquiao vs. Bradley was a while ago now, and in this sport you're as good as your most recent form, and given that Bradley has done a lot more in his two outings than has Pacquiao in his two since then (going to war with Provodnikov in the trenches is infinitely more impressive than darting in and out landing flurries on Rios all night; and obviously clearly defeating Marquez - which Pacquiao has never done - is better than being KTFO by him...) - it really isn't unreasonable to have Bradley nosed ahead of him by now.

    Calm down you premature ejaculators.

    I just scene ( ;) ) this today:

“Neither Alvarado nor Provodnikov are in my plan. I’m going forward. They are great fighters, and I’m not putting them down, but I gain nothing by fighting them….” said Marquez!

JMM has already made it clear that he is getting ready to retire and is only after Bradley to get his fifth belt.

"Provodnikov is a great fighter. He demonstrated that with Bradley, and he’s very strong. I think the challenge is there, and I love challenges and will fight anyone, as I have not shunned anyone," said Marquez, who turns 41 in August. "But right now, at this stage of my career, I want something that will leave a legacy. I want that fifth championship. If that does not present itself, then I'm closer to retirement."

idiot should've called it a day after the Pacquiao-KO, was the perfect timing and much more worth than being 5-weight-champion.
here is how it will play out now:
Bradley will get robbed vs Pacquiao, Marquez will go after the title, will get robbed again vs Pacquiao, diminishing his KO-victory and pissing on his own legacy.
He can drink the **** later though.

Pacquiao beats Bradley and then Marquez will fight Pacquiao for the 5th time and loses by TKO against Pacquiao.

How bad would that be for Marquez.

I have a feeling he's waiting for the winner of Bradley-Pacquiao II. If not, then he should just retire now and get it over with.

read it on a espn article, arum says he apoke to fernando beltran and they will have the fight may 17 at the forum on LA, winner fights winner of pac - bradley plus garcia vs gamboa on the undercard.

now im a huge marquez fan and i think its a good fight but this is bull****, Alvarado just had his soul taken from him in front of his hometown by provodnikov, who marquez says doesnt want to fightt because theres nothing to win for him there.... i hope this isnt true because itll totally mean hes ducking provo.

When I read this for some reason I thought it was Marquez v. Provodnikov. Now I am disappointed.

Even if Marquez takes this and wins this hes not fighting Pac again. that series done and over with. Why fight again?? Most think all fights were close so that ended it. a 5th fight to say what lets do a 6??? Talk about nobody to fight....
