^ I agree when there's smoke, there's usually fire. But unless there's actual evidence to support the notion that a fighter is on PED's, it's nothing more than a rumor that gets circulated based on premonitions and not ACTUAL facts.
So whats you're point? I don't understand how Pac fans crucify JMM when JMM has also never failed a test & when asked always took some form of testing. Pac on the other hand denied testing for biggest fight. Thats way of a bigger fire to me.
Am I right in thinking this will be at 147? Since Alvarado struggled to make 140 last time out & Marquez had had a couple of fights at 147 now.
I dont have a problem with the fight. itll be a war but it contradicts everything marquez says over and over on golpe a golpe.... he always says how at this stage in his career hes only looking for the biggest challenges and to make history, and provo wasnt one to him.... but alvarado is?? he was better off fighting Porter for the IBF ww title and be the first mexican to win title in 5 different classes.
I just hope Arum don't plan on making Alvarado/Rios III anytime soon.... Dudes (Alvarado) brain will be scrambled egg by then... Provo already cracked him open anything after is just overkill. Gamboa Vs. Garcia on the undercard is a solid card tho. (Kinda close back to back PPV's tho) ^Floyd's
Not a bad fight but, like everyone say, I'd rather see JMM-Provodnikov. I guess JMM is staying busy(not that Alvarado is exactly a stay busy opponent) while waiting for Pac-Bradley. With JMM as the main event and a big fight like Gamboa-Garcia on the undercard I'd suspect this ends up being a ppv but we'll see.
We are not talking about Pac my friend. But i agree Pac v Alvarado made more sense. The only issue was Alvarado was carrying an injury and couldn't guarantee a return by the date of the fight.
