Wow! I never thought about this fight. If this fight was made today it would be a "pick em" fight. Prime for prime I give Cotto the edge on pionts, wont be easy though. Action fight hands down.

Close fight through 6 rounds. Marquez slowly starts to take over getting better with each passing round passed the 6th.

Competive buy clear decision for Marquez, maybe even a KO if Cotto decides he needs to step it up late having seen himself losing the late rounds.

This would be a competitive fight early but the longer the fight lasts the worse it gets for Cotto. I can see Marquez seriously hurting Cotto late.
