Marquez vs COTTO , Margarito, Mosley????

To much bias in this thread...

 

Pacmonster was supposed to be too big, too fast, too strong for JMM.


Is there anything anyone of those three can could have done better than Pacmonster!

 

No use comparing Margarito to Diaz hes obviously stronger, but he didnt have the fast hands Diaz had to trouble Marquez. Jmm's power really is underrated. His footwork is too good and uppercuts probably stop Cotto, his combination punching humble and stun Mosley on a decision, and Margarito would be a target for Marquez and get destroyed to the body. Margarito would get it worse than all 3. Plexus, liver, uppercut, all types of shots. And Marquez would just take his time he wont tire himself trying to take him out Margarito would walk straight in. It would be Mosley- Margarito all over again.

 

current margo loses to juan....i would favor the 147 Clottey and Cotto against Juan.

solid technical and defense oriented/counterpuncher would give JMM a tougher fight.

 

I definitely pick cotto over juan in this one.I think marquez will outbox grandpa mosley.

 

SO a mediocre counter puncher would now beat the master counter puncher?

clottey is better than mediocre, he has the size and solid defense.

Unless you're a great defensive fighter(FLoyd), you are not beating JMM.

Chris John wasn't a GREAT defensive fighter. Barrera isn't either and he gave Marquez more trouble than people today want to admit.

 

He definitely beats old ass Mosley and slow as **** with ZERO skill Margo, but Cotto would be tough.

 

When are you guys going to realize that BIGGER does not mean **** in boxing. This has been proven over and over again.

The only time it really makes a difference is when both fighters are of equal skills.
