Marquez vs Katsidis Cant wait!

    Marquez vs Katsidis............

    Its been up on Boxing rec for a while now but still i have seen no ESB stories about the fight. Maybe i missed them but i still would have at least expected more threads about the fight.

    This is one fight i am so excited about. I know Marquez is not at his peak, but i seriously think this has the potential to be a great fight.


    What are peoples predictions for the fight and also does anyone have any more information on it. I know sometimes Boxing rec puts them up before they are 100% confirmed.

    Please let this fight happen. Their styles are going to make for a great fight.

    I don't believe Katsidis has been in a bad fight. I for one, cannot wait. Fight. Of. The ****ing Year. I don't see how it can't be.

    I agree with this. Its gonna be a great fight and anything can happen. Katsidis packs a punch.

    katsidis literally has no defense, he keeps his left hand by his waist and the right hand near his chin with his head hanging out

    I think the majority are pulling for Marquez but were all expecting a really good FOTY candidate. Should be fun and I hope they get a good card.

    You obviously haven't watched Katsidis properly recently. His defence is very much improved, especially in the Escobedo fight where I still an bemused at how ti was a split decision when I had Katsidis winning about 10 rounds of the fight.##As for this fight, it will be great, I'm backing a Katsidis UD/Sd with both fighters touching the Canvas. Its gonna be similar to Casamayor-Katsdisi but with JMM respective style and Katsidis doesn't get stupid.

    i saw his fight with mitchell where he took one to give one, it works with mitchell but marquez is a razor sharp puncher, he will cut katsidis up.
